  1. Mkay, so today I was linked to a few YouTube videos which were extremely funny. Share your finds on YouTube Indian Thriller Music Video Indian Superman And Spidergirl?
  2. With the new castle window I see no reason to use those wall elements anymore. Now everything in a castle can be brick-built

  4. They do ship to Europe - and fast at it The figs are printed, yes.
  5. I have a few ideas. But they're always good a generic aliens in a diorama, aren't they?
  6. That's right no official models and if number 3 decides to swap his Chromie with you then fine. But you can't pick 3rd place's prizes if you're 2nd - sorry.
  7. If you guys decide to swap between winners, then that's fine by me.
  8. They look like they are very well printed. I'd say as sturdy as any official printed part.
  9. Sure, just win one category and come 2nd in another and you should be just fine
  10. Then just click the link to the Arealight store. Yeah I'm having issues with finding the right hands as well. Nothing Bricklink can't fix though. I thought you would
  11. Perfect Now my PC isn't dying trying to load the pics anymore. Show some respect for those of us with 6+ years old PC's
  12. Work In Progress - unfinished
  13. Argh! You MUST learn to resize There's a link in my signature to the tutorial index where you can find help on resizing pictures.
  14. I think the answer might be "Greeble, shade and blended surface"
  15. I don't see why not. Several others have done that in the past and benefitted quite well from feedback and comments before the deadline.
  16. As I've stumbled upon the great Twi'leks made by Arealight more than once over the past months, I decided to shop some for myself and why not share some pics and a little review now that I've spend all that money First I tried to identify the 9+ different ones I bought, but I quickly dropped the idea and instead I'll provide a link to wookieepedia.com where you can read up on these magnificent humanoids yourself. (click me) So let's get down to business and have a look at these friendly females and hopefully we wont be interrupted by Bib Fortuna, who isn't a nice looking Twi'lek at all So let's get down to having a look at the nice females First of all let me say that only torsos, heads and head-gears are made by Arealight. Arms, hands and legs are original LEGO parts and it's damn hard to spot the difference, unless you're up close and a little too personal #1 The Yellow Twi'lek #2 The Blue Twi'lek #3 The Red Twi'lek #4 The Green Twi'lek #5 The Dark Red Twi'lek #6 The White Twi'lek #7 The Sand Green Twi'lek #8 The Orange Twi'lek #9 The Sand Blue Twi'lek All of them together: #Bonus The Brownish Twi'lek Now this is a great little addition to the Twi'lek family. A brown one, I was really thrilled when I opened the bag. Sadly the brown isn't really the same brown as brown/reddish brown/dark brown and so on. In the pics I've tried to use a variety of existing LEGO colours to see if any could match the Arealight brown, but alas no. I'm confident that it'll be fixed though, especially since all the other colours were spot on. #Extras that I bought: I got so thrilled when I shopped at Arealight, that I ordered a bunch of extras of the headgears in different colours and variations. It even got so out-of-hand that I forgot to buy heads for two of the torsos But at least that gives me a reason to come back and shop more #Extras that I got: Clone trooper visors and sleek hair can make my day anytime So what's not to like about Arealight's customs? Nothing really. It's fair prices in my opinion, great quality and superfast shipping and communication. I'll highly recommend them to anyone who wants a Twi'lek or whatever they have in stock.

  18. That's a real shame Blackknight. I really like this MOC and I'll move it to the Star Wars Forum where it'll be appreciated as the MOC it is. Make sure to join the next contest when it comes. Oh as for deeplinking pictures, just follow the link in my signature (just below), it'll take you to the tutorial index on how to deeplink and resize pictures.
  19. This really is fantastic I knew someone would dare fight the system minifig scale of a vignette. Thanks. Hopefully this will spur the rest of the contestants to do even better But then again... there was that really cool vig with Darth Maul... Good thing I don't have to vote
  20. Vacation? What vacation? If there is a dire need for more time, then I'll talk it over with the rest of the Star Wars team and then the rest of the staff. Isn't a month enough? Do you guys really need to eat, sleep and work? Wait! Does this mean you dare live 'real' lives? Scary!
  21. Since you've only just joined yesterday you can't participate in this contest. Sorry - there'll be others. Welcome to Eurobricks by the way.
  22. Mkay I will Yeah, it's great that Jan Beyer handed us those 3 White Boba Fett's The rest has been shopped during the past year or so with the aid of several EB members. Thanks guys - you know who you are
  23. No it doesn't If you were to have a little overhang, then it's no issue at all. But too much overhang would enhance the vig size too much and thus vioulate the rule of building on a 16x16, 32x32 or 48x48 baseplate. It all depends on what exactly you're doing. A few studs of branches or stuff like that wont piss me off, if that's what you're asking?
