Cool mashup. You've really incorporated both crafts in a great way. I saw this the other day and intended to highlight it in our blog, now that you've posted it here, I certainly will. Good job and best of luck in the contest.
  2. Well, it can be, if you want it to. I don't think it's limited to the display of ships and such. A discussion on minifig stands/displays is more than welcome.
  3. Quite right Spurs' comment is utterly useless, but you managed to "save" the bumping of this.
  4. I sure hope you guys used the link in the first post for your purchases.
  5. Good question, which we're actually constantly discussing. The reason (so far) is that LEGO is our main (and sole) aim with this site and thus using just that for contests is common sense. The reason we allow custom parts is that they offer what TLG hasn't produced. I am aware that so does megablocks and other companies, but we like to think there's a difference between TLG's competition and private customizers. I'd like to elaborate on this when I am not at work
  6. Share your purchases here Make sure to use the link for shopping, as it gives us some reference money and better prizes for you guys.
  7. So it's May 3rd soon and the Shop At Home and LEGO Store offer will be on. What did you buy to get it? If you haven't shopped yet, then use this link to get to the Star Wars section on Shop At Home. (Using it will give us some money and you better prizes in the future ) Share your purchases here
  8. That's a friggin' great idea for a contest L-Space. I'll keep this one in mind.
  9. Wow Links for bigger pics please.
  10. And this is what it links to for now.
  11. And a deeplink for us lazy members
  12. I kinda doubt this is a set. Why remake a Yoda sculpture that didn't sell very well? The Darth Maul bust was a cold case as well. If TGL wanted to relaunch the sculptures, I think they'd done it a long time ago. No money there in my opinion and thus no need to produce such sets. Plus the below 10XXX numbers for exclusives and UCS sets haven't been used for ages. I do believe this is just a number picked randomly to use for cache storing of an image for Master Builder Events like the one linked previously where people could participate in building this exact Yoda Sculpture. Sorry, but it's a "NO GO!" from my point of view.
  13. A true masterpiece Anio. Thanks for letting us have som in-build pics and a background on this beauty
  14. So envious Thanks for taking some pics for us to enjoy. blogged
  15. Well it's hard to argue that the X-Wing shouldn't be Luke's personal ship. I really love these "out-of-the-box" entries. It's actually says that any scale is welcome. This is good
  16. I'd like to blog this, what's your flickr?
  17. I'm still puzzled as to why we have to discuss this set so often? I guess it's still here because it's a classic and TLG is still making money on it. Buy it or don't - but why get frustrated over it? And it IS still in production as I've already stated somewhere else. When I was at TLG's factory in the autumn last year it was being packed along with the January wave of sets. Somebody please say "Nothing to see - move along!"
  18. You believe brickipedia over us? Good luck.
  19. Hey Saint. When yo do any updates please "edit" them into your first post, as it counts as the entry.
