Yeah that would be doable. And they're not allowed because this is a contest for Jedi/Sith/Bounty Hunter entries. Feel free not to enter if it bothers you that much.
-
Nice work Commander Rob. Cheers on the description and the pics. A real treat
-
I like 800x600 pics better than thumbs. Nice entry.
-
I am not sure that I am a fan of having a steering wheel in a spaceship.
-
Nice entry. It's a little black in black, which makes it hard to make out all the details. I suggest replacing a few parts with other colours. For example the droid torso could be grey instead, same goes for some of the droid "hands" used.
-
Correct. It has to be personal, but etxra room is allowed. How would Chewie's Death Star look if it had no space for more wookies? Yup imaginative or from the SW Universe.
-
So in France you don't use punctuation and capitalization?
-
Don't be sorry - just make a new one
-
Quoted from the rules: Sorry, but your's is close to a year old, which hardly isn't new. Feel free to make a new one - this one will be disqualified "as it is".
-
One entry per category per member is allowed. Since it doesn't say that the fig has to be included, I guess you can make something for a fig you don't have. As it says "Characters may be made up", meaning that you can either use one from the SW Universe or make up your own.
-
Yeah, which is actually quite disturbing.
-
Yes, that would be a walker, wouldn't you agree?
-
But you've got too many tags already. I'm not sure the boards can handle tags of this magnitude
-
I think the General would be allowed - he's kinda Sith-ish with his stolen lightsabres and all In short - it's a GO! for GG. As explained in the rules - the vote will be launched post deadline. It'll be voting topics as usual.
-
Only A Jedi, Sith or Bounty Hunter entry is allowed as stated in the rules. Aircrafts would be the Spaceship / Starfighter category. No LDD - brick built only. No it's not. The speeder category is for speederbikes like the ones mentioned. Such as the speederbike and/or Luminara Unduli's speeder i.e the type in the newest Clone Battle Pack. But it isn't - we decided on Jedi, Sith or Bounty Hunter and it stays as such. Nope See the rules for how to post your entry. It's all there. By mistake I forgot to alter the join date - it's now done and members joining until the 14th of April may enter this contest.
-
Thanks. Took a while to figure out what to do for this April's contest. So many great ones lately that it's hard to be innovative
-
Just launched minutes ago. Click the picture to find out what's going on and how you can win one of three remaining Eurobricks Stormtroopers.

An entry can be changed as many times as the poster wishes before the deadline. All entries are to be posted as individual topics in 'Watto's Junkyard' with the following in the topic's subtitle: "Character Rides Personal Speeder, Character Rides Personal Ship or Character Rides Personal Vehicle" When the deadline has been reached a vote topic for the qualified entries will be made. More on the vote rules when that time comes. Comments and suggestions on entries are more than welcome. Contest ends on 23rd of May 2011 at 2100 CET. MOD: TLG USB Minifig Senate Commando and Jango Fett
KimT replied to Solscud007's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Sure, if they just sold that USB minifig on S@H where I live -
Meh! Mkay, I think that what I'm trying to point out is that, eventhough we nerds like to think otherwise, I kinda doubt TLG takes this whole UCS versus 10XXX sets very seriously. They make what they think we want - UCS scale or no scale - same thing different sombreros The Super Star Destroyer has been made, because they think there's a market and to add some cool icing - they even threw in some iconic figs.

Wow these are pretty nice. Good job - they look official You selling? -
Are you not counting the Imperial Shuttle as a UCS set? It has plenty of figs... The same can be said about the Tantive IV. Both are 10XXX numbered sets. And the shuttle even has an info sticker like the 'regular' UCS sets.
-
Nice work Flare. The base is awesome - so much greenery and greeble The rocks are well designed too - it's been a while since I've seen studded plate rocks working as well as yours are. I'd better blog this at some point - must wait for the UCS to turn into 'old news' first
-
Wow thanks for making instructions. This is a pretty awesome T-47 design and now I can have one of my own
