    Great work kabel! I always imaged SNOT rocks being used when it appeared the rock had been worn away by water or some other horizontal type erosion, but it would seem sedimentary rock in general is prone to this type of look. I am going to try mixing the SNOT and studs up technique on the next build as ME has done.

    If you feel someone is doing something that violates the site guidelines, please report the abuse using the "report" button on the inappropriate post. Again, I expect everyone to respect each other and if that is not happening, it will be addressed. Telling other members whether or not they belong here is not a job for you mccoyed. Please also follow my advice and show appropriate respect to Behemoth. He is a valued member of the community as well. This MOC shows Behemoth is a very capable member of the community and I will not tolerate people making such harsh critiques of his person.

    There is no need for this. Let's rewind. As I said, I expect everyone to be civil and understanding with you just as I expect you to be respectful to everyone as well. If you are set on having the build presented as it is here, I will gladly retitled the MOC and move it to the Kragg. If you wish to work with SarahJoy to make the build fit in Ruadh, that is also acceptable. Let's all take a second and remember this is a community. We should all be respected and valued. Behemoth, this is your MOC, how would you like to proceed?

    I understand she is willing to share, but while you mention, "she wasn't very fond of the style I wanted to approach, that being a vignette", that is not ALL she said. Here is the complete quote: Though you seemed to have read the vignette part, you skipped the entire portion after that where she wanted to be sure you weren't encroaching on the rest of what she was trying to build. Please be more mindful of the communications others are sending out there. I took a look at some of your other posts and I noticed a pattern of not listening to what others are trying to put out there. This is a community my man, so while I expect others to respect you and allow you to participate, I would also like you to do the same and respect what they have worked hard to build as well.

    Your best build for sure Behemoth. I am a little concerned about the location of your build though. My understanding is Ruadh was established by another community member, and while I think expanding the lore of Historica is good, it also seems unfair to encroach upon something another member has worked hard to foster. Perhaps it would be best to establish your own lands and if the creator of another country/village encourages or invites you in, then build away.

    Are we really dredging up review from 2008? I don't mind seeing an old review come back to life from time to time- but if you DO bring one back to life, you better have something REALLY interesting to add, and not "cool" or "I like this set".

    I am pleasantly surprised at the extended portion of the Bot5a set. Still, I wish we could get a generic soldier that isn't an orc. I guess that ship has sailed.

    If LEGO asks us to take them down however, we usually oblige. We have a good relationship with LEGO and we do our best to strike a balance between the two sides. TRU is a quandry. Sometimes they will be on the shelf, but when you try to have them rung up, they will show up as not valid due to the release date.

    It's not? What about this guideline? "LEGO Ideas: If you have a great MOC, that is also a LEGO Ideas project, you may present it on EB as you would any MOC, with a single link to the Ideas entry. Make the title about the MOC, not the Ideas business; don't be too shouty, and it is likely to be tolerated. You need to be thinking: 'I want people on EB to see my MOC and comment on it. If they like it, perhaps they'll support it on LEGO Ideas', rather than: 'I want Ideas support! If I post it on EB, perhaps more people will vote!." You mention Lego Ideas twice in your post, plus the link, plus the only image says "support now" on it. As I said, to me this crosses the line. It says to me "I want Ideas support! If I post it on EB, perhaps more people will vote!." You can disagree with me, but there is also this guideline: Staff: The staff are here to help you. Do not debate staff issues with them. Feel free to make suggestions as we are happy to hear them, but if you are told that something is against policy, the discussion is over. Similarly, if you're not staff don't act like you are. Telling new members site rules from time to time is one thing, but don't make a habit of being a mini-modder. Use the "Report" button instead. I know what the rules are, and I am telling you this violates one of them. Please be more mindful in the future that this is a forum about MOCs and not free space to advertise ideas projects. Please make the post more about the MOC and less about the ideas project.

    This is something that should not be allowed on the site. We are here discuss LEGO sets and MOCs, we aren't free advertising space for LEGO Ideas projects. That being said, if you DO have a MOC that is ALSO on LEGO Ideas, feel free to post the MOC for discussion here and include a link to the Ideas project. In the History forum the rule to me is simple, is the post more about the build/MOC or the Ideas project? If it is more about the Ideas project than the MOC, it is not acceptable. I already warned you about that here.

    Laurinator- I don't mind an occassional old review coming back to life for discussion, but it seems you've replied to many old reviews that have been stagnant for years. Please try to refrain from "bumping" a lot of old topics as it pushes down new content that should really be the focus of discussion now.
