I bought it for almost half price a few months ago, and it was a lot better than I thought. I bought it for parts, but I haven't broken it yet! :-D I do though advise you to look at the parts list, and decide for youself. But, if you want a brainless yes or no, I say yes.

I'm not so sure that this is the same problem as this seems to be a Comcast only issue. Comcast, and other ISPs often ban IPs for one reason or another, or try to throttle traffic that they see as a bandwidth hog. It could be a problem like that...or a DNS problem... Even so Mr. Mandalorian is right; it will be fixed eventually.
