  1. Honestly guys, it's not going to happen in the short term. There have been a lot of changes at EB lately (and more to come ;-) ) so we probably should let things settle down for a while.
  2. You'll find a discussion of these pics in the new Star Wars Pics topic if you go about a week back. ;-)
  3. Welcome to Eurobricks. We were running short on Star Wars fans. ;-)
  4. Well, if it makes you feel any better, I have noticed many "sold out" sets re-appearing months later. For example the X-Wing was sold out last year but it's back now. All "sold out" means for sure is that Lego are not taking orders for a while. That's what I think it is in the case of Dwarves Mining... (I prefer to buy in stores as I get more Lego for my money.)
  5. What would you use to make it? Eitherway, I'd love to see you give it a go! *sweet*
  6. Welcome to Eurobricks! I have never suffered embarasment buying Lego... I think my wife does though! :-D
  7. Oooops! Sorry, I missed this one. :-$ Happy birthday all the same! X-D
  8. .....ummm... ..errr... Welcome to Eurobricks! *sweet*
  9. :-D ...and I thought you'd never top the Resident Evil one. Thanks for the laugh! Are you sure? Spongebob sets are very overpriced...
  10. :-D Took a while, but someone noticed it at last.
  11. You know accusing a walrus of being tuskless is a pretty big insult.... :-P I don't even like icecream that much. ;-)
  12. As probably the biggest Final Fantasy fan here (that sounds like a challenge! :-P ) I love this. *wub* I really wish that Lego had the Square license... :'-( Too many custom Clouds have custom hair and I think that is a mistake. The end result doesn't look Lego enough for me. You have done a great and subtle job here. The pauldron works great. too.
  13. Don't know... but I do know that this is in the wrong section... This is for EB website discussion.
  14. For those that don't know, Fenrir is this; In short, very hard to do in Lego. I considered doing a minifig version myself, but didn't know where to start! :-/ I think you've done a great job. *sweet* Your Cloud is pretty good too, and he looks cool riding it. *wub* (I wish Lego made that hair in that colour. Cloud was my first thought when I saw it! :-D )
  15. So you're asking this question but you don't own any..... OK. Well I have RC tracks, but oddly I bought them, and even more oddly, I want them. ;-)
  16. Yes. But as the others said it may only work at speed. It could also be a pain to connect the wires, but that would let you give the train a power boost...
  17. It would depend on the design of the track. You need to have an unbroken line of metal from the power conectors and the motor. Thus, if you do this once, probably, twice, probably no. You could cheat and use wires though....
  18. I am annoyed that I have played a part in reviving this really old issue. I am closing this the core story was old even when this was first posted and it has been discussed to death months ago. If any staff member disagrees feel free to re-open it.
  19. My favourite entry is Hinckley's, but I think Toa_Of_Justice has the closest entry in terms of believablity. Hopefully we will find out one day...
  20. It's time to vote! *sweet*
  21. It's time to decide; who has made the best Robo Chopper.... whatever that is?! *wacko* Full details are here, but as a recap, the contest challenge was to try and think like a Lego designer and build something from a list of parts.... ...that will be in an upcoming Exo-Force promo set. (I wonder if it still will be released now...) There will be two votes; the first, for the "Best MOC". This will determine who wins. The second, for "Most Accurate", is just to see if we at Eurobricks can guess what Lego will do. The entries are below; click any image to see the full size pictures. *sweet* Toa_Of_Justice Sinner Batbrick imperialshadows Lord Of Pies zero1312 Hinckley Good luck all!
  22. Hmm. I'll move this now. ;-)
