Bending is tollerable, breaking is not. Some of your pieces, such as the shark, would be too expensive for an impulse set, but I never made that a firm rule as it would be too hard to manage... so you're OK. ;-) Errr... me too, and the plate is missing from the breakdown too. While I'm being a rule ranter, iamded, your entry has two minfigs... 8-|

Not a chance! :-D To me rules are to be followed as best you can because it's unfair to the people who do follow the rules and can ruin their fun. Having said that, at this stage I have no intention of banning any entries, even though I could swear that I can see a baseplate somewhere... A few other entries count parts differently to the way that I would too, and other entires are forgetting that this is a Impulse set competion, so some parts would just be too expensive. But it would take a major case of rule breaking for a banning to happen.Personally, the way I handle votes is I look at the rules and vote taking that into consideration. This doesn't mean that I mentally ban every entry that breaks/bends rules, but it does mean that an entry that breaks a lot of rules would need to be darn good to get my vote! :-D But remember, how you vote is your business! Yes, I'll have to pass on my usual one line reviews! Thanks for fielding the earlier question! *sweet* Sinner Computing? What's that? I believe that is because the forum root URL is http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/ but the frontpage root URL is http://eurobricks.com/forum/. Once you enter the site via a link like "Today's Active Topics" your browser should give the right cookie to Eurobricks.

Good advice, but it often will not work with video because overlay is a video card function and is not really on the desktop. Some video players like Media Player Classic can save frames though. Give it a try anyway, but if you need more help UFO we need more info! Software, system, filetype... that kind of stuff! ;-)

Thanks everyone for your comments. I am quite happy with this and am considering making something similar for the goblins! :-P Yes, but I'd rather spend the time building. My "The Abyss" story took the better part of an afternoon... :-$ It is! :-D It's been dropped a few times as I let my kids play with it and it survives.
