Yes... several times, and today it happened again! :'-( I was fixing my computer (the least I say about that the better!) and I was rocking the desk too much. Staunch decided that it was a good time to try to fly and she fell 2 meters to the ground. As it happens it's a quite strong MOC (it's fallen once before) and all that happens is some of the projecting parts fall off. Five minutes later it was back on the desk, ready to fly again! :-P

I was out at the markets and found the 4695 MINI Knight Bus (more purple!), 7831 Make-believe Bucket (it was cheap) and a bag of parts. Included was something I have wanted for years; a Lego flag! *wub* Hopefully this week. *sweet*

I'm glad you raised this point. There is an option in the site control panel labelled "Search Quality". We have it set up from "rubbish" to "finicky". Maybe we should change it to "OK", or perhaps even "relevant". I'll discuss this with the other staff and get back to you. ...getting back to reality, no this can't be done very easily. The software is written in php and maintained by IPS, Inc. Short of modifying the code ourselves (it's written in php so it is possible and legal) there isn't much that we can do. Feel free to give it a bash yourself. ;-) In the mean time, if this is a big concern you could always insert search index terms in your own posts, for example "IDX4jkhgfdgs". But I've never had a major problem with the search engine so I've never felt the need.

Great work! I've been trying to get around to watching that video and I at last did today. It's always good to see people adding function to MOCs; Lego is so good for it but so few people take advantage of it... :'-( (The music was a bit much though; is that from the movie?) The only part of the MOC that I don't like are the cross beams.... but aside from buiding it out of technic I have no better ideas! :-D

For the most part this isn't true... but it does seem that way. The reality is that Vista expects software to behave correctly, that is saving files in the right location, not accessing the system files and resources without permission, not using un-official hacks... that kind of thing. Programs that do this will work; programs that don't rely on Vista to correct their mistakes. It's odd that there are any problems as most of these rules have been in place since 1994...
