Welcome to Eurobricks! *sweet* Light hearted polls aside, no one will judge you for it. ;-) You have a good excuse.
-
Welcome to Eurobricks! *sweet* Surely there is a story behind that name... :-D
-
I own both of these so I can say that I like the set 4888 Ocean Odyssey better, but I like the sub in 7774 Crab Crusher more. Since the question was set, I picked 4888. So many great parts that set has. *wub*

Interactive Apocalypse Part 3: Mistakes
Siegfried replied to Batbrick's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
Be honest, tell him he's going to die Besides being the nicer thing to do, it might give him a sense of urgency, and he might do or tell things out of desparation! X-D Keep eating Runts, avoiding the Queens Better the devil you know! More survivors We seem to be running out! :-D -
Welcome to Eurobricks! *sweet* I love your avatar choice. X-D

Welcome to Eurobricks! *sweet* It's good to see "space" in your favourite themes! *wub*
-
*wub* It looks very good by me!
-
Hey! *wub* You're pretty good at this! You should do more. I liked the custom ship too. (I guessed what it was made from.) The worst part of it was that it reminded me that I passed on a Cloud City on sale a few years back. *wacko*
-
I really like this set... even though I was hoping for a mini-motor! :-D Chock full of great parts too. Thanks for the review. *sweet*
-
Thanks for the answer! *sweet* My searches found nothing but PR and shops. :-/ True. While I regret buying some of my Bionicles, I do find uses for some of the specialised parts. For example, the engine mount on my Block Block entry is a Rahkshi torso. :-P Good idea! I'll add it and change your vote. *sweet*

Well I am! X-D My sister buys M&g# Bl@ks for her kids (a pro-builder yellow sports car was the last) and I feel the quality is inferior to Lego. But it's just an opinion... and this is just a light hearted poll. ;-) I've never heard of NEO Shifters... and that page I just linked to reads like a press release. :-| What's wrong with them?
-
Via The Brothers Brick I learnt of this horror story; the discovery of M&g@ Bl%ks in a box of Lego! *sing* Once you have calmed down, I think everyone should take the time to consider how they would react. Many years ago, this did happen to me when I bought my Lego back off the people that I gave it to during my Dark/stupid Ages. After composing myself, what I did was throw it all away! However, I sometimes regret my actions; perhaps I should have burnt them? 8-| So I ask; what would YOU do if this happened to YOU. (If the option isn't there ask me to add it! ;-) )
-
That was my idea too but SirNadroj did something similar so I decided to do something completely different. ;-) I really like the truck though.

Outback Airstrip 6444 Picture Review
Siegfried replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I love this set! *wub* Oddly I don't think these were common in Australia. The first I heard of this was via some online instruction browsing. Thanks for the great review. *sweet* -
I assume that you waited for a while before making this rant... 8-| Eitherway, I will move and close this.
-
Wow! Where did you find it? To my embarrassment I based that ship off the two provided pictures. I looked for more but had no luck.
-
That attitude sux. I don't care if you are joking.
-
Welcome to Eurobricks! *sweet* Well I can get a bit mean if people pull my whiskers. |-/

I'd rather merge than close when I can! *sweet* While I am here, Happy birthday o shadowy one! :-D

Same reason as me?

CONTEST: Build the mystery Exo-Force promo 3872 Robo Chopper
Siegfried replied to Siegfried's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Entry roundup! Some very smart and different versions so far! Toa_Of_Justice: Thanks for breaking the ice and making an entry so fast. I was a bit annoyed that someone did one similar to mine so fast though. Just the same you (and many others) used the bar-plate much smarter than me. I forgot that many Exo-Force promos do that. :-$ Sinner: The highlight of this piece of garbage is the harbour in the background. Scrap it and start again. :-X Batbrick: This entry gave me new confidence in this competition as it is so different to mine. I think it's quite cool. *sweet* It does look more like a hoverboard to me though. You may have noticed that we both had the same problem with the yellow fin! :-D imperialshadows: Another very different entry! It looks like a robo-speed skier! :-D No comment on the flick fire missile, although I love the story! :-P Lord Of Pies: This is one of my favourites! *sweet* It's a shame thought that you didn't have all the pieces as it was a great concept. zero1312: I considered using my 1x6 pieces the same. Those pesky humas won't stand a chance with that spotlight! :-D Hinckley: Call me a suck up, but I think this is the smartest entry. So far it has my vote in both categories. *sweet* To me it looks like the robot is reclining in his wacky flying machine! :-D It's interesting how you used the long axel too. A few more MOCs like this and you'll start loving Technic too! X-D Thanks everyone for entering! *sweet* -
Done. :'-( I didn't want to do that, but you're the boss.
-
Can I have the question clarified? I like Indy more as he is less of a rip-off, but I like Johnny more as a theme as it has more flexibility in potential sets... 8-|
-
Some of the 45 degree slopes are inverted, but most aren't. Half of my design time went into those engines! After the comp I'll post some shots of the engines dismantled. Interestingly when I started building it I thought the back was the front, but halfway though I decided that what I thought were guns were actually engines. I decided that as I felt that the front looked like a WWII battleship. That's the same reason why I ripped off Yamato! :-D They still might come as I have to do a re-shoot anyway since I have tweaked it a bit. (More thrusters! X-D ) Oh. So you say in one sentence that you want it more like the rest, now you say you want it more individual! *wacko* What could be more fake than a theme where Lego makes non-Star Wars licensed ships? X-D Thanks! Once the competition is over it will be re-worked so it looks less like the Strider ship.
