  1. In the picture it says $30. ;-)
  2. Yes that is good! :-D Normally you pay about $30 a year for that it it gives you (among other things) the ability to show more than 200 photos. Maybe I should rejoin! :-P
  3. That is the problem with BL. Some people respond the next day, and others wait until they have enough orders to justify their time. I cancelled one order over this... and the seller blacklisted me even though he said "no problem". I did manage to persuade him to change his mind though.I don't think you will have much chance of having this erased, but it is pretty annoying. It is one of the reasons why the feedback system of BL doesn't work too well. I recall Hinckley had a bad experience once due to a mis-interpretation of MISB... and I don't think he resolved it.
  4. Better photo of the new PF set.
  5. That sux. What did he actually say?
  6. :-D No... but sometimes I think we need it. Honestly guys, sites fall over all the time. If it's dead for a week then maybe it's news, otherwise it's just life. We do have a Brickshelf topic that was used for similar issues but it was closed for some reason. I'll have to ask why... 8-| Just to clarify though, I moved the topic because it was in "Website & Forums". That section is about this website and this forum, and no others. ;-)
  7. It's cool isn't it? It was run in Australia for a while. It's one of the few Lego ads that I remember. I'll leave it on the site for another day before I delete it. ;-)
  8. I'm sure it will back... I will move this topic to a more appropiate section.
  9. Thanks paksu! *sweet* You answered that question very well. Personally I think the RC trains were an experiment that never was supposed to last. Looking at S@H they seem to have sold well.
  10. Don't forget that both standards are dead. My advice is to wait until 2009 and buy the new trains. I own 7897 and 7898 and I plan to stick with those until then. I haven't got the room for more anyway... :'-(
  11. Even the older 9v system would have had trouble with that much of a load. Most of the time the longer trains you see have multiple motors. As you might know the recent RailBricks has a great article on long trains. I recommend reading that if you have not done so already. That magazine also says that the RC motor have the same power, just less traction. Supposedly if you change the rubber on the wheels they work much better.
  12. Much better. The last version had too little torso, and it was especially obvious from the rear. (I suppose I should have said that last time eh... :-$ )
  13. I haven't seen many Lego ads... but these take me back none the less! :-P The 8880 one makes me jealous though... :'-( Thanks for posting every one and thanks especially to Brickadier General for organising this. *sweet*
  14. That is pretty cool! Here is a pic for the lazy... ;-) His "attack-dozer" is great as well! He seems to be blending Exo Force and Mars Mission sets.
  15. I have it and you can download it from here. Please note though that this is from my personal website and I will remove it in a few days... ;-)
  16. Yay! I'm not a total douchebag anymore! *sweet* Great comic too... X-D
  17. :-D OK... let me put it another way then; how did J
  18. That's a stunning stat. Maybe it's time to focus on AFOLs then. I told my wife this stat and she asked me how did they find this out... and it's a fair point. The translated article doesn't mention it either. :-/ Thanks very much for posting the story. *sweet*
  19. Oh! *sweet* That would be much better. Going by the current Star Wars exchange rate (USDx2) they would be $180 and $240 which would be way too much. :'-( (Sorry for not reading your reply until now. :-$ ) Thanks! The speeders pretty cool too!
  20. I don't mind a bit of pudge... ;-)
  21. Wahoo! *sweet* ...and boobies for all! *wub* (Not so fond of the abs idea though... 8-| )
  22. Yay... more Zamor spheres... :-/
  23. Sorry, I feel different. Topics merged.
  24. She's pwetty. *wub* This (and the Strider fig) make your previous work look rather lame.... :-$ My only complaint are her breasts. They simply are not big enough. I realise that it doesn't matter to you, but it does to me. (...and no, I don't care that some people think that elves all have small breasts. X-D )
