I can answer that; Windows 7 Starter is always 32 bit.

Right click the program or shortcut->Properties->Compatibility->Comparability Mode->Run this program.... Pick XP SP3

Any particular reason why you're using Windows 7 Starter? In any case, have you tried running it as an administrator or via a compatibility mode?

This is very good! I'm very impressed how you found a way to do the bracing around the engines. I just wish you used different parts; I don't have many of the old finger joints left... Yeah, I'd like that too. I bought the official one years ago... ...but one out of LEGO would be even better!
