When I checked this guy out back in August, I honestly felt he was poor. I mean, there is no reason for him to be a star other than to fight skrall. The Lime Helmet is less appealing than the mixed one, and same goes for the silver weapons. On the plus side, he does have some decent armor bits. Thanks for that review! It seems you like to be doing this, and you have some key components down. If anyone is interesting in getting a large amount of lego parts (2,000 perhaps) in exchange for sending me a copy of this, that would be great. I'm just not doing well with selling Bionicle over at BZP and I'm kinda upset, but in any case, I must have this beast!

Much agreed, Own designs are always good. His figures have a different leg design. If I continue on with my lego mocs though, I'll probably use the MB figures, just because I can't shell out the sheer amount of tiny bits these guys use. I used to know Saberscorpion, don't talk to him anymore.

These look pretty close to the works of Saberscorpion. I myself have never really liked brick built elites, but this is suley better than what lego would do.(I'm guessing a two piece megafigures from lego)

As you may have noticed, I'm becoming a bit more active here in the MCW. Truth is, I actually do a lot of customizing, I just have never tried lego minifigs. After trying, I actually like them. Very simplistic and easy to do, and just you wait for something I'm working on. I will need to get in touch with a caster however for the next few products I'm working on. Anyways, here we have the prototype for a Mohawk piece. Painted Lego Glossy Black. Here it is in action... It snaps on to a lego head like any normal headgear and will stay on very well. Enjoy! And once the final is done and I get in touch with someone who casts I will be selling them in -Blonde -Brown -Black -Dark Red

Looks good! And don't worry, I always use brushes. An easy way to avoid that bit of spattered paint on top is t use masking tape or blue painters tape. Just kinda stick it to your cloths a bit to make it less sticky, then use it to cover any areas you don't want painted. I plan on making a tutorial on minifig customization in terms of painting and sculpting later today when I go down to my workstation. :]

Well, It's only 9:50AM on th 31st here in Michigan, so I still got way over 12 hours till New Years, but a Happy New year to all those on the other side of the Planet! This just goes to show how wide of a community we have.

Nice! I'm a big fan of halo, and I have put all my current WIP MOCs on hold at the moment for something bigger, but these guys look about as good as Lego minifigs for halo are going to get.
