*Your entry has earned 10 XP* Mick's Story: Alright team, before we go any further I should tell you about what happened between Flyrl, Kale, and myself. It all started shortly after my visit to Mon Cala. Kale had been on assignment with the New Republic on Dathomir. But he had recently come back and they teamed us up together to try to get Ithor to join the New Republic. The Ithorians are a peaceful people. They don't like conflict and spend much time in nature. We showed up in time for one of their many festivals of nature. The elders invited us to join. Many different alien races were present to celebrate the arch of life ceremony. The Ithorians view life like a rock arch formation. You start at one end of the arch, find your peak about half way, and then head down-hill to the bottom. And while there is an end to every life, like the rock formation each life can leave a lasting impact. Weapons were highly frowned upon at such ceremonies, but Kale was not willing to make the visit to the planet's surface without one. We stayed off to the side out of respect for the Ithorians. In the middle of the ceremony Imperial Officer Faust showed up with a battalion of Stormtroopers! Kale ran into the forest to try to find a good snipping position while I ran to intervene. Faust had orders from Moff Mylore to set up a garrison on Ithor. I told him this was a blatant abuse of power and that the New Republic would not sit still for it. The interaction went no further though because a duo of Ithorian Dragons burst out of the tree line and attacked! They had been drawn to us by the sunlight reflecting off the Stormtrooper's armor. Beings scattered left and right, trying to escape the dragon's teeth. Having no weapon myself, I yelled at the Stormtroopers to concentrate their fire on the eyes. Faust was nowhere to be found. He was too busy trying to save his own skin. He and some others had broke left while the rest of us broke right. I didn't know it at the time, but Flyrl's brother was one of those who went left. We didn't think any of them survived. Thankfully for us, Kale lined up the prefect shot on the dragon chasing us. It went down with a crash, while the grey one continued to chase the running beings into the forest. We went looking for survivors. But we only found body parts. Flyrl's brother was found missing his head and an arm. He was so grief stricken he was ready to kill Kale. He said he should have gotten his shots lined up sooner and taken out both of the dragons. The Ithorians ended up join the New Republic. Kale continued to go on missions. And Flyrl never forgave Kale.

I'm excited to see what you come up with! Flash backs to Darth Malgus would be amazing to see. And being Force sensitive is totally allowed and a great way to get a little force action in. As others have noted we don't have any outright Jedi or Sith to keep things balanced. But if Last Jedi taught is anything it's that many people are force sensitive.

Factions - Introduction, Discussion, and Core Rules
MKJoshA replied to goatman461's topic in Factions Archive
Absolutely! One of the main goals of the game is to give people a place to hone their building skills. We try to offer constructive feedback and help you figure out what you can do to get better at building. Have you checked out the different factions from the main factions page? You should pick one that fits your style or one that will help you tell the story you want with your builds. Or, if you don't know where to start I'd be honored to have you in CorSec! -
Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces
MKJoshA replied to LegoPercyJ's topic in LEGO Licensed
Someone here said that many of the people working the Bricks and Pieces orders were retirees that Lego offered jobs. Assuming that's true, it makes perfect sense they would close until the virus threat is lessened. You don't want the highest risk people group to be out working and interacting with others even in a workplace with less human contact. -
Built for Innovalug's Style it Up contest. Week 1 was to create a build using only one color. The only exception is minifigures and their accessories. An alien strike team explores the surface of a new planet. Lavan's surface is a startling shade of purple known as Lavender. The strike team hopes the fauna is a different shade than the flora.

LEGO Star Wars 2020 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!!!

We use "confirmed" loosely here. We have used it the same way for as long as I've run this set of topics. You're right, it's not 100% confirmed. But most people understand how it's being used in the context of this topic. Please everyone, case closed on this. -
[Factions Ep. 5 - Cat C][Q10 - Deysum - TT] Hunting the Silooth
MKJoshA replied to marvelBoy123's topic in Factions Archive
Wow. That's some great use of all those red parts! I didn't even know the boat came in red. I really like how you made those half-circle bush things. Overall an enjoyable build to look at! I would suggest some work on your base though. The stark difference from the green terrain to the light and then dark gray stands out like a sore thumb. Maybe you were trying to go for a layered bed-rock approach, but I think you would have been better off with just 1 color. Green would have been the best choice, but I understand not everyone has that much green plate (I sure don't)! For the Silooth, you've done a good job working on the transition from the boat to the rest of the body. But it still looks too much like a boat. Not sure I could do much better with that part. But if you're looking to improve that's something I would try to do again. But really, a fantastic entry and I'm glad you tackled the Silooth! -

Guys, remember that all opinions are allowed (within standard limits of decency). If you don't like the opinion, that's okay. No one is asking you to agree with the opinion. But it's not okay to bad mouth opinions. If someone does bad mouth your opinion, try not to take it personally. This is the internet and not everyone knows proper internet manners. Also, at the time of writing there are 13 "views" of the set on Lego.com. So much fanboy love going on here. -

Wow. I never thought they'd actually do it. And to add the words "You asked for it, we built it" is an nod to the hysterical fans I never expected. -
Isn't that book great!?! I love that Ecc got included in it and it's cool to see you join the Guilds because of it!

The Planet IP Values looks accurate. The Team IP Values needs work. You can also look at the cool new tabs on the Player Index. It has the same info as the Planet IP Values sheet, but with color coding! -

And turns out I had time to do it now I check all 3 planets and everything seems to be in order. We still need to judge the most recent freebuild on Rishi, but apart from that everything looks to be flowing correctly on the spreadsheets. For your team. Rishi currently has 15IP, Gigor has 13IP, and Scarif has 58IP. Is there something else I'm missing? I only looked at the last 3 months worth of entries. -

I can check on that later this morning if no one beats me to it. It's probably a spelling error. The form only picks up on your IP if it finds an exact match. -
Hilarious! I knew this had to be more of a joke review, but I didn't get the full context till your lack-of-minifigures comment said to look at the date. Well played!

Official List: 75292: The Razor Crest 75277: Boba Fett 75276: Stormtrooper 75274: TIE Fighter Pilot 75278: D-O 75279: Star Wars Advent Calendar 75273: Poe Dameron's X-wing Fighter 75272: Sith TIE Fighter 75271: Luke Skywalker's Landspeeder 75270: Obi-Wan's Hut 75269: Duel on Mustafar 75268: Snowspeeder 75267: Mandalorian Battle Pack 75266: Sith Troopers Battle Pack 75265: T-16 Skyhopper vs Bantha Microfighters 75264: Kylo Ren's Shuttle Microfighter 75263: Resistance Y-wing Microfighter For the rest of the year: Currently we know: Anakin and R2 are almost certainly in the interceptor, but it's possible we could see another figure. We know 4 clones and 2 droids are in the tank, but we don't know which clones or droids. It could be rex, fives, echo, and jesse with 2 commandos or 4 p1 shinies with 2 b1s for all we know. The AAT is the most unknown figure-wise, but if ahsoka is in this wave, it'll probably be here. And we know obi-wan, Grievous, and a white and orange clone are in the soulless one, but we don't know if it's a 212th trooper or an airborne (it's not supposed to be cody, though) -

Love the story from your character's point of view! I feel like your walkways should be more flush with the DBG hill it's on. Looks a little off to have it floating about the tiles. Or maybe have exposed studs instead of tiles under the walkway. -
