  1. I'm quite sure pigs were involved as well and some wealthy couple in a limo obviously stands to benefit from malfunctioning of the flight info screens.
  2. Nice spotting! That indeed makes more sense than a trumpet. I guess it will be a separate piece...
  3. I'm a sucker for hidden caves and entrances, so that's my favorite part of the island. (PS: you need to press down a plate in a certain place... )
  4. I really like the cartoony look of those reindeer. I didn't know Santa's butt was so firm
  5. I'm having a hard time imagining anything like a girl boner But if it's not a guy, it's a freaking bearded lady, and anyway... judging from the pic, the pressure was really getting high.
  6. Ok, wrestler has a cape as an 'extra'. Crash test dummy could come with a steering wheel . Maybe the zombie comes with a chicken leg But I guess you're right: if they would have had accessories they would have probably pictured them on the display.
  7. Thanks for the pic. I don't think this says anything about whether there are complete figs or not in the bags. The clown's trumpet is a nice accessory. Wondering what - if anything - the zombie, crash test dummy, and wrestlet will come with.
  8. That one you link indeed doesn't look too bad. I somehow thought the 4-wide canon ports were an integral part of the hull.
  9. I especially like the 'middle' one (for which you don't have detail shots). The cabinets on the back look pretty good.
  10. ... you could have just said CopMike uses the same procedures as the UEFA and FIFA when organizing the European and World Championships football (soccer if you live across the big pond).
  11. sorry, I must have stopped reading after the first paragraph...
  12. www.lego.com/buildinginstructions
  13. Hate to burst your bubble, but HJR (LowLUG ambassador), L-Space, and the Inventor are Dutch too... but hopefully there's no maximum on prizes shipped to any one country: bless randomness... and CopMike's random number generator
  14. It is... of course. But now that I look at it again, I really wish they would have made something that resembled an actual flight info screen more (and made it bigger). Now it just looks like the computer has crashed and is displaying an error window
  15. I saw that as well. It uses the 4-juniors (if that's what it's called) pirates hull. It curves back too quickly I think, and that's why I don't really see anyone use it to create a good looking ship hull. The rest of the build is a little too blocky/bulky and too red for my taste.
  16. Nice review of a nice set. The only odd thing is the yellow door. It just doesn't match the tan of the building. Compared to 'older' creator houses. The good thing is that it has such a detailed 'garden' and the fact that there is a full first floor installed and not just an empty inside.
  17. So you know what date to watch next year (the 15th)... congrats to the winners.
  18. Really nice selection of parts to build this 'set'. They really fit the theme, as do the native American horses. The guy in the front is my favorite.
  19. I didn't know you had a topic on EB about it. Your blog is in my daily 'Lego-sites-browsing-list' so I read the story every day as well. You really managed to tell a nice story with all these little sets. Nice work.

  21. Geez, that's narrow But the building looks colorful and integrates nicely in between its much bigger brothers and sisters. Be sure to post the interior here once you're done. Nice work.
  22. I think I never got anything else than the confirmation as an e-mail reply. The real reply I got was always a letter with replacement parts! But I guess in this case they'll contact you about it. Anyway, I'm sure this will be resolved in a decent way by TLG. Their customer-service is the best I've ever seen.
  23. Nice set, usable parts, probably will pick it up somewhere, someday...
  24. Welcome. Make sure you show us some of your firefighting equipment.
  25. Another great addition. I really like the two towers (or maybe the right one isn't really to be called a tower, but you get what I mean). The brown together with the tan make a really nice color scheme for your whole Mexican village. I also like the tiled finish this has and the fact that the red is far from being overwhelming. Perhaps add one more 1 x 3 black plate (or two 1 x 1 black tiles) to the cross?
