  1. Nice, now make sure you're not really going to bend that axle
  2. Here go my - slightly reconsidered - votes (in colorful Izzy style ): TinyPiesRUs - 2 PaulCantu - 2 Nate - 3
  3. In Europe (NL at least) it now says: Coming soon - January 12...
  4. All these specialized pieces look so un-Lego-ey... (Buzz's wings and helmet, Woody's head). But the RC car is a pretty nice design.
  5. I assume the minifig stands fit pressed down on a baseplate? They seem the same dimensions as a 2 x 4 plate, only with some rounded edges. I'm sure some MOC-ers will come up with some creative uses for these pieces.
  6. The second one is not that recognizable to me (but that's because I don't know the original equipment), but the first one is really well done, I like how you simply added a hinge and created a new tool... very inventive
  7. Great holiday scene (lots of white leafs in the background)...
  8. Geez, TheBrickster, you're on a roll again... this fits in perfectly with the theme you're creating. I really like how you've 'damaged' the building. The wooden floor on the top and the exposed beams below are really nice features. Choice of figs and torsos for your creations so far are also pretty good.
  9. I bought four of these for parts on clearance. Excellent source of tan and red arches and pillars.

  11. Let me be the first to comment again Really nice little structure. I really like the tiled finish, the simple roof decorations, the SNOT transparent bricks used as water, and the few SNOT 1 x 2 tiles on the side of it. What I'm missing is a little context for the MOC. Is this supposed to be a 'bad guy' (or am I misinterpreting the term hideout)?

... and one you can blow up...
  13. Impressive MOC. But isn't the hill leading up to the drawbridge a little steep?
  14. 12:01 is another option with that tile. Afternoon is fine for drinks, right?
  15. The trans-'smoke' visor was the only double in both my sets. According to Bricklink, there are extra cheese slopes as well, but I guess that only applies to more recent sets than mine, since nowadays sets with cheese slopes contain an extra for each.
  16. This is a really great design... but I've said that before... looking forward to more 'final versions'.

Nice, thanks in advance! TLG is really doing well in preventing leaks about mid-year 2010 releases. We haven't even seen pictures of Grand Emporium that's to be released in March, and that's only 3 months...
  18. That's an incredible MOC again TheBrickster. I really like how you've managed to pack this detailed cantina on a 16 x 32 baseplate. I like the cherry decorations, the bars in front of the window, the sign (with the two cups and custom sticker) and the use of an imperial for a Mexican soldier (especially with this expression) works really well... the balcony design is my favorite part though. Did you build an interior for it?
  19. Look like a friendly peaceful place indeed. Did you also managed to get rid of those shrieking sounds? 'Cause they weren't very Christmassy either
  20. This is a really good set. Although, I don't really like the design because it isn't very realistic, it has a pretty good and useful piece selection. I got two at €15 each a few years back. Good that some 2005 designs are still being produced. This one (together with 7241 Fire car) even appears in the 2010 catalog again.
  21. As others have said: I really like the color scheme. The green shutters look really good as well. And a good choice to use tan for the bridge (brown would have blended in too much with the walls).
  22. It's a re-release (under the same 'old' three-digit set number 620 as before) scheduled for 2010. So no rumors.
  23. Indeed, I also like the steep slopes used to construct the sides. Although I think the cabin needs a lot more detailing and a lot more windows. There are plenty of examples around here on the Pirates forum. To be honest I also don't really like the stained glass.
  24. Try to do a little searching before posting a topic... there's three topics which I found relatively quickly... http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=33609 http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=33606 http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=33573
  25. The texture of the roof, the hole in the roof, the ornamental designs... it's just those 'tape tiles' again: they keep looking like... well, tapes... to me.
