Thanks for putting things straight darthperson. Remember that the pics floating the internet are preliminary and most likely to change before the sets are finalised. I really don't care wether I get a king in every set or not. The torso's great and the crown will do well in any treasure chamber - be that human, skellie or orcish. Judging from the preliminary pictures, the sets look fine to me. They may look a little KK2, but given the fact that the previous Castle sets we're awesome in a non-KK2-way, I am assured that the 2009 wave wont be a step backwards to the rainbowwarriors and the most hideous castle theme ever. Anyways, if you don't like the new wave, then get another 10193 instead. - The set most likely meant to be aimed at us AFOLs anyway. No need to complaint when we've been given such an awesome set. Being a fan isn't solely about bitching about the sets to come. It's also about appreciating the sets given.

I can't remember exactly where I found the pic on Brickshelf, but I assure you that it wasn't in that member's folder. Perhaps the picture I found was removed by the member himself and not BS staff. That would explain why the picture is in different folders now.

Prices are different around the world. Let's not get into the price rant here!

What limited set didn't the US release? Stay cool people. The wave is marked 2009 and we're not even there yet. Let's not turn this into the same childish madness that occured just becuase the Fighter Tank wasn't in every single US store within 5 seconds after it's release. Sets and themes are released by a specific time schedule. A few are released in the EU before anyone else, but that's only a few. We haven't even gotten a single set from the new wave where I live. But you wont hear me whine, I've got a full year to get these sets and they'll come...they always do. Until then I just enjoy the EB reviews and the crying and whining in this topic. Wasn't this topic intentionally meant as a way to find out where to get certain limited sets and older sets? Not for hunting the just released sets

And this is the comparison of the two catapults: Old and new side by side They do look alike, the only difference is the xmas colours featured on the 22nd of December's version. Inventory New X-mas version to the left and old version to the right. Very very similar. Not much has changed here. Only the ammo seems different. The lack of the grey slope (roof topping) does make it harder to shoot the xmas catapult. It has a tendency to fire directly into the ground, when there's nothing to stop the arm. Which do you prefer? The Santa Version? The Classic Version?

Yeah, it does so on mine as well. But that doesn't change the fact that I have to download the full size at first and then it's resized to fit the screen. That's the reason for the max 800x600 size rule.

Hilarious. Could this be the birth of a new MOC'ing subtheme like Steampunk is? I hope so. The thought of Cattlepunk and the possible MOCs are immense and this vignette will hopefully inspire builders...

Perfect. That's one impressive army of droids. The MOD snail tank is awesome. (not like the one we're getting in 2009 )
