  7. Siegmund Freiburg logging in.
  8. when you take the time to read ALL of the previous 209 posts, before posting... when you're bummed that your member number isn't the number of a LEGO set... (at least not one to be found on Bricklink)
  9. wow... that's a lot of minifigures!! you could have some kind of massive space battle MOC! that would be cool to see....
  10. just might consider it... loving this one OKY! ooh... this brings a wild thought to mind... so with Jammie being Darth Vader, and OKY being the huge Toy Story fan... i'm seeing flashbacks from 'Toy Wars' and wondering if that has anything to do with this extreme dislike for each other... Buzz Lightwalker - Darth Zurg, father-son rivalry? or maybe i'm thinking into this too much...
  11. aww.... that's so cute, so grusome, and so awesome all at the same time!
  12. ooh... that's gonna make it even more fun to watch! every animal for himself all fighting to off everyone else... especially since they're all so cute and furry...
  13. count me in! (i'm single, and don't have a special someone..) i've never played any forum-based Mafia games before, but have been interested in trying it out. i kinda have an idea of how it works from observing some of the others now and then, and from having played numerous versions of Mafia, at parties, youth groups etc. on the weekends i might be a little hit-and-miss due to church and family stuff, but Monday-Friday i'm pretty much free most all day... Paradisa has always been one of my favorite Lego series, and the small horse and carriage set was the first Lego set i ever got! http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?S=6404-1
  14. yay!! Paradisa was always one of my favorite series, and i've never before played a forum based mafia game so i really can't wait!!
  15. so i've been peeking in this place now and then getting a feel for these Mafia games, and after reading this thread, i'm excited to hear about this Mafia School.
  16. hey, that's pretty neat!! i like how the ninja gorilla is watching them... ready to attack with his awesome ninja skills.... i hope to never run into one of them if i'm ever out exploring...
  17. i think you're on to something... hey, it's even the 3rd day of the 3rd month now.... but i guess it was first posted up on the 2nd.... hmmm..... ? ? ? yeah, dream on...
  18. bought a couple of the collectible minifigures yesterday, but alas, try as i might, i'm still a long ways from having 100 figures... sadder still is that i discovered one of my soccer girls to be missing! i've never gotten rid of any of my Legos over the years, so i figure she musta gotten misplaced somewhere... hmm... maybe she was jealous of all my Belville princesses and ran away...
  19. try searching Amazon.com quite alot of people sell Legos there...
  20. thanks... now i feel like an idiot for even considering doing that... but, you do have the advantage of knowing what you're getting... so i'll just think on the brightside and consider that possibly in 5-10 years that $10 Elf is gonna be $20-$30 maybe even $50... so it's better to pay the $10 now... or in my case it's either 2 random figures at Borders with no guarantees of what i'll get or twice as much for what i really want... tough choice... hmm... i think i'll do some of both maybe...
  21. yep, it's highway robbery... but i guess that's cuz they're trying to make a little profit... i hear that some of 'em are going out, so if it means i get robbed of my money, just to keep one of my favorite bookstores around...
  22. yep.. actually out of all the winners yours is my favorite! congrats to all the winners!! and thanks EB for an awesome contest! (my first actually.. )
  23. BELVILLE!!!!!!! after that it would be Paradisa, Toy Story, and then the Trains... the Holiday ones in particular... (yes there is more than one... the first one came out sometime during the era of Paradisa...)
  24. hey, welcome to the club, prateek!
  25. hey, i do that too! i also cut up the boxes, to fit in the plastic sheet protectors, saving the pictures that aren't in the instructions, and tape 'em down to paper in a sort of scrapbook style! the instructions are also kept in the same binder, right after the box for that particular set! it's all even kept organized by set number.. (yeah, a little OCD..) currently i have two binders full! one for Belville only, and the other for everything else! but i draw the line at the plastic bags... i really don't see any use for them, once i've taken the Lego's out of them... although storage wise, i do use quite a few Ziplocks...
