  1. I'm back with (finally), a new review! Today I'll be looking at the most recent lego product catalogues. The winter and late winter catalogues. Before I begin, I do not have a scanner, so these pictures were taken with my camera, and thusly may be blurry. Being so foggy you can't see your hand outside doesn't help much either. Name: Holiday 2009 and Late Holiday 2009 Pages: 63 and 39 Price: Free Covers Holiday 2009 has two peoples singing carolls, a child builidng a snowman, and a holiday market, with snow and buildings in the backround. The Late Holiday catalogue shows The firehouse, a tree, and a jack in the box. Even cooler, is that they can fit together to form one big scene! THe tree on the left is actually the tree on the right. Match those up and you will see. There is also a card advertising for a poster-esque object that is the combined scene, as I explain below in the Inner Covers section! Back Cover Despite my Halo package cards covering up the addresses, the backs of the magazines show The Beetle and Cruiser. Inner covers As you can see, both have a very Similar inner cover area. If you look on the right, you can find the download for the scene I explained above! I'll be sure and download that to see what it looks like. Page Numbers As you can see, The Holiday 2009 catalogue gives a more in depth look at the year, whereas the Late Holiday is more of a wrap up. Quite apparent, as some things such as Bionicle are non-exsistent in the Late Holdiay catalogue. Exclusive Offer Seems like a great deal if you don't already have these sets! Found in the Holiday 2009 Catalogue. Postcard Send to friend for christmas and maybe get a present, who knows! Also in the Holiday 2009 Catalogue. And on that note, remember, So get shopping! Alright, well I went and looked for the goodies and bits that were in these magazines, now it's time for you to get christmas shopping. -VBBN
  2. Only thing I like here are the figures. Love the new monsters for sure! Great review.
  3. Love MW2, Almost done with campaign on regular(just finished ODST on Legendary) Level 14 on Multiplayer. Great game, highley recommend. If anyone wants to play, my Xbox Live Gamertag is royalknight1336.
  4. 60,000+ bricks and over 100 figures brings a heavy cost. The minifigures alone would be roughly $150, and all things considered, $200. Parts...well, if you had gone by Lego's price per part ration, $6,000. Being the economy as it is, just putting it on ebay or something just doesn't do justice. You'll need to advertise the hell outta this thing. Not nessecarily google ads persay, but o other sites, or find local places such as the library and put ads there. I can run an ad on flickr to bring it some attention if you would like.
  5. Imo what I think the stars could have been. Not great by any means, but I still consider this better than the Rahkshi we have this winter. So anyways, onto the MOC. I removed the neck balljoint from a gray photok torso and went from there. I didn't plan on removing it, but in order to get the head on, it had to done. Articulation is fairly good, much better than the current Rahkshi that is beginning to appear. He has ball jont shoulders, wrists, neck(at two points), hips, knees, and feet. His spine, being a Gadunka Tooth component, allows for great head articulation. I found it hard to move the neck on the Yelow Rahkshi, and it feels like there will soon be stress marks(if not breakage). I might try to make the spine mesh into the head, but it doesn't look as protruding as it does in the pics on top of the head. Here are a few pics. Here is the area I removed for clearence using a Dremel. I would try to cover up the stressed spot where the plastic was removed, but the spine covers it, so I don't consider it an issue. And something new I will have in my Bionicle MOC reviews, size comparisons. Here we have him with a prototype green toa MOC, Halo TRU Exclusive Mongoose Spartan, GI Joe RoC 'The Doctor', and Transformers Deluxe Bumblebee. I know I have been of absence here lately, but I am going to try to be on as much as I can now.
  6. One of the few sets I have been looking forward to. The firestruck looks great and 4x2 tiles are plastic drugs.
  7. The 25$ it costs for a year is totally worth it if you plan on using flickr. You can't see your oictures on flickr after you have hit 200 pictures(they aren't deleted but become invisible), so a line is drawn somewhere. I love my pro, and just recently hit 100,000 views, and it is some of the best money I have spent on any webiste-related thing. ;]
  8. Ghost Opera- Kamelot Good for halloween.
  9. The story is rushed because the end is coming
  10. Pretty cheap, just two small lots, if anyone wants em let me know. I'll take best offers, I'm not picky. Sale only. Thanks, -VBBN
  11. All I can to anyone actually going to buy this, you are paying almost 20 dollars for 14 pieces. That pretty much speaks for itself.
  12. I've been dropping in and out recently, been very busy lately. Should be towned down by the end of october. Congrats Brickthing, you deserved it. ;] A new moderator was certainly needed for this forum, and I'm sure you will do fine. Now then, about maiing your job difficult... *starts food fight* -VBBN
  13. Thanks for the review, I for one must disagree with tarix. He looks like a Gladiator. I doubt you want him looking so nice that a woman glatorian goes out on the field and says, "Zomg hes so hawt now lets kill him" do you? And his mask is the closest to any roman gladiator mask and armor yet, so I have a fondness for him. Whatever, Kiina still sucks and Mata Nui is a wee ittle bumblebee. With an awesome trans blue head.
  14. Well I will add to that statistic lol
  15. No need to continue the conversation guys, just hit the report button. ;] In any case, alays remember to use the search function. ;] -VBBN

  17. Look in the upper right corner of the first post, hit "options", and change the view to standard.
  18. Ideas can be posted here; http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?...t=0&start=0
  19. Yet the cansiter image shows them plain black, which is my bet, seeing as it is the cheaper route. And in any case, those two binocular bits on skrall are first appearing in lime green
  20. I'm not to fussed on clone brands as long as they are fairly nice quality, and since MB has some balls to bring in the violence, I fully intend to get some of these Halo sets. And the megablock figs look fairly nice.
  21. Nope, the spine design is ompletely different. ;]
  22. Fan service for verbs would be making him full size lol
  23. Maybe because he was white and gray in 08? To like, make him more relevant or so that he doesn’t take away from the lame gold gimmick
  24. Holy crap, That alternate mode truck(not the trailer) looks stunning, I may have to get that... Great review. ;]
  25. I haven’t paid enough attention to the 09 story, why is this strap green? Do they have color variety? Is this tumas estranged child?
