At least someone likes my "clean" feel! As for the stairs, I wanted to make them d. bley, but only had enough of those pieces for l. bley, black, or olive green. I was afraid the l. bley would blend into the floor too much so I went with black. That's another piece to add to my next bricklink order! I wish I could take credit for it, but I stole it from one of the new Ninjago sets that's coming out in March. The Ninjago bike set has the same bomb, but it uses a white 1x1 round tile w/ hole rather than the black one I used. Yes, I wish there had been a way to get the texture without the headlight backside, but oh well! I knew someone would mention that plot hole! Let's just pretend that couldn't be the case for some inexplicable reason

The Rebel fleet that had attacked the Suprosa dropped out of hyperspace a short jump from Kuat and just a couple ships completed the journey to the planet carrying Kale, Josh, Mon Mothma, some other Rebels, and the super computer. Kale and Josh took one of the first shuttles down to the planet’s surface. “Well remember” started Kale, “how I promised you I could help you prepare to avenger your brother’s death?” “Yes…” said Josh. “And remember how I told you I knew a guy that could help?” “Yes, and?” “Well,” said Kale, “really there’s a guy friend of this girl I know who’s an attendant to a former senator, Senator Lysani who lives on Kuat’s surface.” “Wait,” interrupted Josh, “I didn’t think there was anything on Kuat’s surface except for endless farms? You know, to feed all the people who work in the rings around the planet?” “Well there’s that too,” answered Kale. “But there are some small settlements on the surface. I mean, someone has to keep the equipment running right? Anyway, so this senator retired there because it was quiet and hired some help and that’s where my friend comes in.” “So she knows how to defeat Mandos?” asked Josh. “No,” said Kale exasperatedly. “Try to keep up, remember that my friend has a guy friend. He’s the one that knows how to beat Mandos.” “And how did he learn that?” asked Josh. “Well, the Kuati have this weird tradition of raising what they call telbuns, the perfect male” began Kale. “One of these telbuns was offered to Senator Lysani some time ago. His father was owed a favor by a Mandalorian so he had his boy train with them for some time. He had the body to look at and the brawn behind it so he made the perfect telbun for an up-and-coming Kuati aristocrat. He’s the one who’s going to help you learn how to defeat the Mandos that killed your brother.” By this time they had landed at one of the spaceports on Kuat’s surface. It was a small, rural port more used to seeing farmers than politicians, though, Josh noticed at least one person of wealth taking off in his chauffeured speeder. He hoped the extra Stormtroopers were there because of him and not because they had gotten wind that the Rebellion was there. “If the Empire was able to identify me on Fondor, won’t they notice us here?” asked Josh. “Nah,” said Kale. “These Stormtroopers know they are stationed in a dead-end job so they barely look at anyone. Well, no one said Freemaker has to overwrite Shadows! Really, most of us here prefer the old EU so we're just going to keep on going with it. That said, we are very close to starting the next Episode! The plan is to start it by the end of the month, but it could be sooner!

Sinbad found himself sharing a cell with Li Fang. “My father has failed one too many times!” Li exclaimed. “He’s always been too soft. That’s why we took privateering license when we could have been making our own way!” Sinbad knew Li had a point. But after everything Cho had done for him in bring him on as a crew member, he wasn’t sure he was ready to betray the captain just yet. “The men are on my side” continued Li. “We’ve only been waiting for the right opportunity. When the time comes, can I count on you?” Before Sinbad had a chance to answer, a large commotion began further into the jail. Sinbad watched as the guard ran towards the noise, but a few minutes later the only thing to return was a small bomb rolling across the floor. It blew the door off its hinges and Sinbad and Li rushed out. “Wait!” shouted Cho. “Don’t leave me!” Sinbad looked towards the captain and then at Li. He knew if he was going to succeed, he would need to make his own way. Hanging onto Cho’s coattails wouldn’t get him far. He turned away from the Cho’s pleas and left with Li and the rest of the crew as they stormed the harbor and took back The Viper.

Angles, I love angled buildings in Lego! L.Bley corner tiles, I love L.Bley corner tiles! Brick-built bird relief using the chima wings, I love chima wings! I love that gun-boat! I think your soldiers in the first pictures would be better suited to the era if they didn't have castle helmets on, but I'm no expert on that time in history so take that with a grain of salt!

After escaping from the Mardierians (build to come soon!), Sinbad and the crew of The Viper found themselves pushed past The Nest of Thieves by a storm. Ending up in uncharted waters, they sent a small party ashore an island to restock their food and water supplies. Sinbad was looking for a source of fresh water when he spotted a small patch of ruined wall. Walking past the former wall was a liter carried by two red-skinned natives. Sinbad had never seen people quite like these before. He figured they had never seen a person quite like himself too so he stayed hidden. The natives looked very savage, so Sinbad hurried back to the crew to let them know the less time they spent on the island the better.

How about a real dragon?” “Dragons are hard to come by and not something one gives up readily” said Wyndor. “What’s the catch?” “When I rescued Morpheus and Balthazar from the Ulandus, we came back to Budd-apest with dragons” said Charlemagne. “It turns out that the Ulandians had information on how to find and train dragons that had been lost to us generations ago. With their help, not only have we been able to care for the dragons we brought back from Ulandus but we’ve found signs of a small clan of dragons in the Rakath Mountains. With some coaxing we should be able to match you with one that will be willing to help you.” “And you’d be willing to do this for us?” asked Valanice. “Of course!” answered Charlemagne. “I’m something of a sucker for people in need of help.” “Well,” said Wyndor, “Please lead the way!”
