I'm sure you get more insightful replies if you introduce the topic as a true discussion topic. This has everything to do with your tone, choice of words (title included), etc. I have changed the title of the thread and I hope this can turn into a civilised discussion about the similarities/differences mentioned.

Congratulations to gazumpty, Galaktek and Cara (I've added some traditional bling bling to your profiles ) and thanks to everyone for entering the competition. We restricted the size of the entries a bit compared to last year to give more people a chance to enter. It has resulted in a record number of entries and we were amazed at the creativity of all the entrants. We're glad to hear that everyone seems to appreciate this little twist on the competition. So, once again: thanks to everyone for making the fourth Expand the Winter Village Contest a big success. No, it doesn't. We simply took TLG's idea for last year's Winter Village set and asked people to expand on it. I'm sure the designers are looking at the entries for inspiration though.

Thanks for a really well-hosted game TinyPies. I loved the pictures and the story-telling. I found it suspicious you were contacting people you investigated so easily and were claiming to Corny and Nemo, both "unconfirmed". Your novel didn't explain that away. Unfortunately, there weren't a lot of secrets to hide from you anymore, so I just chatted along with you. I tried to make sure you didn't know the PR's targets, but it was easy for you to "kill around" the obvious targets for watching and protecting initially. After that, I knew I'd be the first PR you'd want to take out. I was hoping Corny would pick up on that when I was killed.
