It may not even be your involvement as much as it is your statement that once we investigate either Mr Fitzwhatever or the guy At the bar (wait, we have a bar? ), that they'll be a great asset to 'our cause'. You seem to ignore the possibility of false investigations and conversions somehow. I don't see how investigating any of these two in particular is going to help our cause...

How exactly are they, more than anyone else, going to help us when they're cleared? Just because they like to argue all day? I'm surprised no one has brought up the possibility that the cultists have the power to try and convert us to their cult at night, but are talking about how many there 'should be' to begin with. And they could even have ways to appear innocent when investigated. And even if we have someone who can investigate people at night, how can we be sure of their sanity? If only it were as easy as you make it seem it is. He indeed hasn't been very helpful. I remember inquiring about his prophetic statement "I believe that we'll be able to figure out what to do later today." I don't think I've gotten an answer yet. But then again, I'm sure there have been others who have been equally quiet. Meanwhile Ms. Farago, you have been attracting quite a few votes (based on your suspicious behaviour this morning), which in itself also looks suspicious. Although it would look more suspicious if we actually needed a majority to decide on someone to sacrifice. The cultists don't really have a reason to 'bandwagon' someone, because they can be almost sure that someone will be sacrificed today. But among the ones attracting votes right now, I have to agree that you look the most suspicious.

You mean you're not actually innocent? And then you have the people pointing out that others are really active in order to appear town, only to appear town themselves. And them you have people pointing that out again... oh.... wait... Can't we make a fire tonight for the undoubtedly cold dessert nights out of that stash of books grease-man has carried all the way through the dessert?

Where do those rough chances come from? Do you mean you know, or suspect there are 6 cultists? And implicitly also that there are no 'third-party' explorers? Out of the blue, that's quite a bold statement to make. I don't think we'll learn much by not voting. Maybe at the end of the day we should agree to not lunch lynch sacrifice anyone. But voting patterns is what we'll need in the coming days... if we last that long. Maybe some scorpion balls will make me last longer. Speaking of food... does anyone know what else is this valley in edible? Perhaps we should make better use of the scorpions. Just sucking on their juicy balls seems like such a waste. Oh, and how are the applesauce supplies, Mr. InWilliamsPants? Is this what your God told you?
-
Uhm... that used to be a perfectly white shirt until you washed it together with that vest of yours, remember? And are those scorpion balls nearly done Mr. Attabar?
-
How about some tossing some scorpion balls this way? I'm getting hungry. Hmmm, cultists, eh? As if it isn't difficult enough to find them amongst us, we also have to figure out what specific kind of sacrifice IMHOTEP's Dark Side demands? ... or else? I envy their gardening tools too.

I really like the idea of having these wrap-ups by theme forum. It shows the diversity of EB and the consistent quality in terms of reviews, MOCs, contests, and discussions. Clearly Hinck got an exemption.

Not before The Forest 2, I hope.

Thanks for the review, but please don't bump topics like this. People will find it (through our review index, for example ) when they want to read it.

The Curse of IMHOTEP - Confirmation & Discussion
Rick replied to Rufus's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Hello there Ossie and Is, I'm Percy. Lovely valley you live in. Too bad we're trapped in, so we better get rid of the evil amongst us as quickly as possible. Tea? That sounds great! -
Also... I don't see any uniquely coloured elements in this picture besides the scorpion in gold.

Something about adding some length in 2012? Must have something to do with your latest.
-
If the back would have been 7 wide instead of 8 and if they reduced the length by a stud or so, I think it would have been very well-proportioned. But the Unimog itself isn't really the problem I think, the trailer is just way to wide.

Does it fit two Friends figs side by side though?

There's a 'picture' and an 'avatar' you can set, maybe that's the problem. -
Thanks for an informative review: you have an amazing attention to detail. And, as usual, it was a very entertaining read. I agree that the highlight of this set is the detailed interior. Even though the Friends line introduces some shiny new accessories, I like that most of the details are achieved by fairly common pieces. The kitchen is my favourite room of the house, but the living room chair and sofa, the little cabinet in Olivia's bedroom, and especially the shower doors are great examples of the level of detailing that can be achieved with very common LEGO pieces. On the outside, it looks like the designers didn't just borrow the barbeque idea from the CREATOR line. The lawn mower idea is also largely borrowed. The garden is also very nicely done. The lime plates forming the flower beds add some variation to the garden and, yet again: simple, but works surprisingly well. So, LEGO men can't have flaming hair? Outrageous!

You're going to host a Friends mafia game? I guess kids won't have a problem at all playing with these alongside regular minifigs (or Fabufigs ).
-
Thanks for the review Hinck. You sure had a lot of fun swapping around hats and hairpieces. I have to agree, it really has a lot of character. I'm surprised at the quality of the builds of the Friends sets and especially all the interior and exterior detailing. And it's not at all coming just from new accessories. Why am I not surprised.

The Curse of IMHOTEP - Sign Up Thread
Rick replied to Pandora's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Yay! Pandy and Ru mafia! 1. ISM, Dystopia, Eurodina, Bloodbrick I, Werewolf, The Forest, The Baritones 3, Bloodbrick II, and Prison Riot (see here) 2. All yours. 3. I have to agree with that one. I did manage to kill 3 out of the 4 scum that died in that game. The Baritones 3 was good, but I also really enjoyed trying to 'figure out' The Forest, as stressful as it was at times. And then there's being duped together with Hinck in Dr. Bloodbrick's Asylum. Certainly memorable... -
Thanks whung! (added to the 2012 LEGO City Sets pinned thread)

These are most likely the dark bluish gray train tracks from 3677 on 2 x 6 reddish brown plates.

Thanks for the great review SilentMode. I really think LEGO has struck the right balance with this line. It's still very much construction-oriented (the build looks on par with LEGO's other lines and there are no big specialised pieces) and the 'girl-orientation' mainly comes from the great new accessories and a really appealing colour scheme. Great plans. I guess because they (will) always come as a little package no matter which of the parts is included in the set.
