  1. Staring irritably at the noisy folks now crowding the bar, Rufindel crosses to the Quest Board, and squeezes his name in at the bottom of Quest Number 2. Realising that this Quest is rather over-subscribed, he thinks a little, then adds his elegant signature also to the list for Quest Number 3. 'It is done,' he declares. With that, he once more squeezes into the packed bar area, pausing only to nurse what appears to be a fresh beak-wound on his hand.
  2. Rufindel Galadhras, Elf of the Forest, glides silently into the hall. 'Purple, Shadina. Nyx...' he murmurs, acknowledging his comrades from former battles. He scrutinises the Quest Board. Rufindel has journeyed far from the great redwood forests of his home. Son of King Fanguriul, lord of the once great northern Elven kingdom of Spesialia, he grew tired of the decadence which afflicts the immortal elves in this time of peace, and longed for a life of adventure. For this, he was disowned, and banished from the realm. Long he wandered paths forgotten, and strayed from country to city to country, always nurturing his faith in the great Legovia, wise Goddess of Creation, Destruction, and Recreation in Another Form. From Legovia he draws his power, and it was the guidance of Legovia which brought him finally to Eubric. 'A glass of mead, if you please, O Scheherezade,' he whispers from his table alone in the corner, his eyes on the quest bulleting he has pulled from the wall. He continues muttering to himself, 'Stealth, I can do stealth, though I am no Rogue. And the Hinckwells, yes I fear the Hinckwells would benefit from my services...'
  3. Thanks! Though Nyx had already figured it out
  4. Sandy, how much Ether should I have? 10 for level 6, right?
  5. Sorry, Tytus, I had to convert your picture to a link. 800x600 pixels is the maximum size allowed on Eurobricks. If you resize the picture, feel free to edit your post to put the smaller picture in. And Welcome to EB!
  6. A new HEROICA Role-Playing Game comes to the Games Forum! Eurobricks Fellow Sandy has been hard at work designing a whole new gaming experience. To find out more about this exciting new gaming opportunity, head on over to the Games Forum, or click here.
  7. Would you mind if I move this topic to the MCW? I think it would be more at home there.
  8. They are indeed nice! The SNOT-work around the wheels looks very complicated; I suspect they may be a little fragile in real brick, but there's a lovely aesthetic going on there.
  9. Hi thelegoguy, and Welcome to Eurobricks. Please note that this is an adult site, and we expect a reasonable attention to detail in terms of capitalisation and punctuation for your posts. Thanks!

  14. Since most of the discussion is about the Games rumour, I'll convert this topic into the 2012 Boardgames Rumours Thread. A CREATOR thread will follow soon.

  16. I love the effort and humour you put into these Belville sets, Penguin! This again is a hilarious and entertaining read. I hope to see more Belville reviews from you - it's a theme that I (and probably many other EB members) know very little about, and it's great to see them up close and personal.
  17. I've edited your post to fix the picture size, which was in breach of site guidelines. This is quite a feat - the lighting of the figures is impressive, and the detail of the instruments is amazing Nicely done! And it's now in the Index.
  18. Very nice, Ralph! The contours are perfect, and as others have said, it's instantly recognisable. I love the streaming hair of the driver - impressive that you've brick-built a figure for it!
  19. They're already all over the London area. They're selling them in GAME, for Fett's sake TRU has them; I haven't seen them in WH Smith yet. Most larger toy chains have them.
  20. wildcat, this is an adult forum where we expect proper capitalisation and punctuation.
  21. You can never have too many crocs!
  22. Wait, no apple sauce then?? Thanks, Fooooooog! I will be back... Thanks, Tammo!
  23. This probably ought to be in Special Themes, where we have an index for music-related stuff. Moving....
  24. You can post Flickr pictures in a size that will fit with EB guidelines - just select the '640' option It would be nice to see more of the pics here on EB - so that people don't have to go to flickr. This is a nice diorama. It has more of a military feel than true Sci-Fi post-apoc, but that's good, since it means I don't have to move it
  25. Hi lockdownTF. Please take note that EB's maximum picture size is 800x600 pixels. Yours are 1024 pixels wide. I'd be most grateful of you'd resize them - if you're not sure how to go that, there is a link to the tutorials index in my signature. Thanks!
