Couple benefits at this rank is we can now use the medium Fort that was built here in MRCA, and there is a 3% growth in NPC properties, which currently equates to 1 NPC Residence added per month. The combination of troops, 1 Medium Fort, and 2 NPC Large Forts make Breshaun and Le Bellan very secure.
