  1. I think I like this better than the cannon itself! Cool!
  2. That is pretty cool! I've been waiting for someone to do it for a while. I love the microscale docking bay!
  3. Oh. I've had this problem for years and I assumed it was just an Australian issue...
  4. Not a problem. It turned out pretty good!
  5. No. We don't frontpage interviews with members. Get one with the CEO of TLG and that would be on the front page. If you post a good review of that Agents set you have a good chance... although I must admit I don't like the idea of a video one; Youtube videos have horrid quality. (Feel free to whack me. )
  6. Do something worthy of it then...
  7. Let's find out!
  8. This is really important. Listen to PSPguy here and Staudie here and decide!
  9. It's 3648 x 2736 pixels!!!!
  10. Sure they do. Without getting into the religious side of it all, every living thing has Karma. I'd hate to see what would happen to me if I did this; perphaps something worse would be on the frontpage of my site; and that's a risk I just can't take.
  11. Not really. I've seen sets vanish for over six months and then re-appear later. Even so, it wouldn't surprise me if that set is out of production as IMHO it has been replaced by the freight plane.
  12. Tempting, but I don't think my karma could take it.
  13. Yes, I love the set, but it's old news. The good thing is the reviews for the new sets are due any day... in the mean time....
  14. That's pretty funny; a butcher being married to a cow! At first glance I thought "Er... what's wrong with being a butcher anway... " The house is great too. The colours work well together, I love the driveway and the cosy bed, and it still looks Fabulandish with that roof. Great work!
  15. Thanks Mr Hinckley for making all those fine banners. My favourite was the Star Wars one.
  16. These are getting really good! I especially love the Ras ones!
  17. Maybe we should frontpage this....
  18. Wow! I really like this. The interior is absolutely perfect! I'm really impressed how much you fit in. I'm not so sure on the yellow/tan blend though. Oddly I have no interest in asking what's at the top floor...
  19. That's a great start; as others have said it is quite clear what it is, but at the same time I agree that the nose should be more sleek. I look forward to phase two!
  20. Looks interesting. I know very little about Java myself. I used to have a bit on my website for menues but I dumped it all this year when I switched to php. Sounds like some of my projects. Just try to be before Duke Nukem Forever...
  21. Congrats to the winners! Great entries all round too!
  22. You must have been ignoring me! It's been in my signature for weeks! Yes, it does seem to be a remake. The Shock Cycle even has a dangly chain like my modded version... As a set I'd prefer the old one due to the four indentical springs.
  23. Well that is pretty stunning! I have no idea what it is though... (Any chance of replacing that older grey part that you can see in photo 3? It really stands out...)
  24. Very few of my sets I buy planning to never break. I would need to have a lot of Lego to be able to feel that way. Most of the time I buy a set for the parts, not the model, but I always assemble it first. But if I buy a second of a set it's always for spare parts and I tend to leave it bagged untill I need the actual part, and the rest then is sorted.
  25. Thanks everyone for trying it out. One of my usual testers (not an EB member, but he is European ) found a Windows 2000 related bug which is fixed now. Err... no. Why would you need it anyway; I thought Macs had this whole "It Just Works" thing going on? What is the deal with them anyway? Are they commonly used? I'm not ever sure if it's legal for me (or anyone) to reproduce their colour numbers anyway. I've been sent cease-and-desist letters before (Novell) and I don't really want another. Care to explain more or provide an example? Does it do what mine does? Why link to Peeron; does it change that much? What language are you using? That kind of stuff.. ...and I don't think you should! We are a community on EB afterall and we all give in some way. I see this as part of my EB contribution. I only mentioned the license as I wanted to highlight that no purchase was required without saying it's freeware. (I don't like the term freeware... but that's another story. )
