Thank you all! The intention was that this was an Alien filing system, so it doesn't have to make sense that we live in the future but still use filing cabinets. Also, the drawers hold data chips so there is at least some progress in technology.

Yes. I admit, openly and without guile, that I chose to attack not just ESL, but many nations with my new warship, The Golden Dragon. If ESL is so hungry for war that a simple 2T is enough for them to begin their advances, the Sea Rats are ready for them. But, I'd rather consider this fair payment for all the hullabaloo from last month and call us even. Court case(s) dropped.

Lovely use of purple! This reminds me a lot of a Dark Forces/Jedi Knight video game level.

Fantastic waterfall and good job on the rock work!

As long as the square studs do not exceed 1024, it fits in the small category. So a 20x60 would be too large because that's 1200 studs.

[SoNE Ep XI] The Tip of the Force Pike

All the good things I have to say have been said. Good job! And do I see my character in the left corner hiding under a beanie? Intentional or not that's really cool! I would like to see a picture of the whole things zoomed out though, even if it's hidden under a spoiler tag. -
All Clone Wars series minifgures, items, pieces, etc. are fair game. You just can't build an entry around a character that only appears in the Clone Wars series. But you could have Mace Windu along side Ahsoka and Hondo if you wanted.
-
Baseplates and/or square builds are not required! You could have a 16x64 size build for the small category, or a 8x128, etc. Spaceships are fine without baseplates, just keep it within the small/large category sizes when posting.

NO!!!! I'll spend them first! You can't take them from me! (Sorry, the BoBS pirate part of me just took over)

The contest runs until June 1st. You could build a generic spaceship and put a Stormtrooper inside, but you probably won't get many votes. This is judged on public voting and most of those who vote will know a few things about Star Wars. So the same answer to your character question, if you have Luke Skywalker getting drunk (which I would argue is out of character) then you probably won't get many votes. I hope this contest is more about having fun than winning for most, so if you'll have fun building a Star Trek style spaceship while having a Jedi drinking party, go for it! It's totally against the Star Wars feel, and you're not likely to win, but at least you'll have fun and we'll all get a few laughs. But if you want to know more about Star Wars so you can build a more accurate MOC, I would suggest looking up a few things on Wookiepedia. I hope that helps.

Legacy/EU material is fine. As long as you include a main character and it's set sometime between one of the 7 movies, anything else is fair game. Thanks for catching that! Custom decals for minifigures is allowed. You can re-create a scene, or you can make up your own. Fictional or non-mentioned events are allowed!
-
I am a little rusty on my Clone Wars episodes, thanks for the correction You can choose either one. Neither style would have an advantage so build what you prefer!
-
Reasonable overhand is allowed. Just don't go crazy with it
-
Thank you everyone! That's good. I was worried it was more of a 2A so I'm glad others think otherwise!

Well, Bob and I both have worked on contests for SoNE together so we have a similar way of approaching them I guess. And hopefully the contest will be frontpaged soon. We're giving the Maze contest some time at the top for now.
-
Using a backdrop that's not photoshop-ed is allowed, but know that your entry will be judged on the quality of the Lego building, not the backdrop
-
This contest is over, but while you wait for the judging, check out this contest!

Done!
