  1. I have a general question for all AG players. I know the Merchant Confederacy has been thought up, but I was wondering if there are any other alien or non-faction groups that people have been using in their stories. Someone mentioned the Emboians as an alien race. I'd love to tie my story into the larger AG picture as other players envision it. Anyone else have groups they know of or use?
  2. I love the debris you have on the corner of the build. Makes the scene feel very realistic!
  3. Your pictures are great! All the different focus shots for the different characters, amazing! And I love the number on the floor!
  4. The ship is great, but it's your on going story that really does it for me! You have quite the dark background for your guy.
  5. Wonderful addition to our team's efforts!
  6. Love the FA reference!
  7. Great work! The use of those curved walls as slopes was a great idea!

They had been introduced to other members of the Alliance, Wick Nole, Monty Python, Zaael, and Vedawoo to name a few. Josh had helped the Alliance as an intel office for many months, but had never been aboard the Redemption. He was struck by how many people here seemed happy. It was a huge difference compared to what he was used to seeing on Empire controlled planets. They entered the hanger where everyone who was going to board the Suprosa were gathering to enter the drop ship. He was struck with the need to say something. He looked around and noticed an unused ladder and climbed up it. “Can I have your attention!” Josh shouted. A couple heads turned toward him. “Can I have your attention please!” He shouted again. This time people stopped what they were doing and gathered around him. “We are all about to board a ship, not knowing whether we will come back. Why are we doing this? Why are we risking our lives to try to stop the Empire?” Those listening started to look at each other wondering where this was going. But Josh continued, “We go because we believe there is a better life than that under the Empire! The Emperor has shown he’s not afraid to hurt those who have been entrusted to his care. There is no thought to what his people need, only to what will bring him more power! Those who serve him may think they are doing the right thing, but all they are doing is furthering injustice! We need rules, we need order, we need a leader; but we don’t need tyranny! We need a government who puts the needs of its beings ahead of any other goal. So let’s go over there and show the Empire that we won’t sit still while they take away our freedom, and the freedom of beings everywhere!” The whole hanger erupted in applause. Josh felt that he had finally found purpose in what he was doing. He was part of the Rebel Alliance to get away from corrupt government officials. He was a part of the Alliance to help others get away from under the yoke of tyranny. “Now,” Josh continued after the applause died down, “Vedawoo, we’ll need you to pilot the ship to get us all over there. Monty Python, you will need to set off a bomb to help clear our way into the right corridors. Wick Nole, clear the corridors of any enemy troops and see if you can hack into the Suprosa’s computers. Zaael, as soon as you can, break away and go after the computer core. As soon as you’ve retrieved it we’ll all meet back in the hanger and get back to the Redemption!” With more bustle and commotion, the Rebels were on their way.

Well At Least One Fixing to Clear the Mind Thermal Detonator Pot-Pie Focus Torturous Trial The Escape The Calamity Star “I thought you were done working with the Rebel Alliance?” asked Josh. “Why’d you go to them for help when you were trying to break me out of prison back on Fondor?” “I knew I couldn’t leave you in an Imperial prison,” began Kale. “I’ve seen people do crazy things in their grief. You getting yourself captured by Imperials was less crazy than the time one of my friends got married to a bantha… don’t ask, it’s a long story.” They were working on the hyperdrive of The Calamity Star which had broken down during their return trip from Nar Eurbrikka. Just then, something chirped from Kale’s pocket. “What’s that?” asked Josh. “Oh, it must be the comm device the Rebel agent left me after I made contact with them on Fondor. They told me I could use it if I ever needed to get in touch with them again, they never said they’d be using it to get in touch with me!” Kale said with a huff. He answered it and an image of Mon Mothma appeared. “Mon Mothma!” Josh said with surprise. “Yes, I’m sorry to intrude, but when your Black Sun ship didn’t arrive when planned we tracked you…” “You put a tracker on me!” shouted Kale. “I’m sorry Kale, but it was necessary to get to Josh” Mon Mothma apologized. “He hasn’t been the easiest person to track down recently. Long story short is that we need your help on a mission to steal valuable information from the Empire. We’ve received word of a damaged Imperial freighter and you aren’t far from it’s location. We’ll send a shuttle to pick you up and adequate compensation for the Black Sun for repairs. That should be enough for them to let you go without a fuss. Well, what do you say?” “I knew I never should have contacted you and your stupid alliance!” said Kale. “We’re in” answered Josh.
  11. Even vampires celebrate Christmas! Though Santa has to leave presents under a bone tree... better not to think of where the bones came from.
  12. Shhhh! Don't tell our secret!
  13. I mention it in one of my first GoH builds, but I don't think anyone has actually build there in a long time. Your build is a great addition to the city in my opinion.
  14. I love that ship! Where is the eye patch head and the girl's torso from? I don't recognize them.
  15. Oh wow this is beautiful! I love your snow work.
  16. Please keep in mind that this is supposed to be a rumors thread, not a quality control thread. Maybe we need to start that discussion somewhere else because it's one that should be had. Just not in this thread
  17. I've wanted to build this for a long time. I made my Cloud minifig with purist parts only. If anyone has suggestions for making him better with existing TLG pieces, I welcome your feedback. The stained-glass mosaic is supposed to represent a phoenix.
  18. No other words needed. I present: Wyvern's Breath
  19. It had started out as a normal day taking picture for the Daily Bugle in Central Park. But when Doc Ock started photo-bombing the pictures, Peter Parker changed from his photographer's clothes into his Spiderman outfit. Spiderman had things mostly under control, but Doc Ock was proving to be a little harder to capture than normal. Just then the Avengers, on their way back from destroying a group of Skrulls, stopped to see what the fuss was about. "It's okay guys, I got this!" shouted Spiderman as he dodged a flying taxi. "This guys got 8 arms," said Tony Stark, "You only have 2, we'll pitch in and get this villain taken care of in no time!" "Actually, he only has 6 arms, then 2 legs" mumbled Spidy. "You guys won't let me be an Avenger and now you won't even let me take down my own villains! How is a guy supposed to get any respect around here!"
  20. It had started out as a normal day for Green Arrow. He had received a tip about people experiencing weird hallucinations near a little used pier of Star City. Figuring The Count was up to no good again, he went to investigate. He started rummaging through some of the crates near an old warehouse and discovered vials full of a strange liquid. He dialed up Barry and said "Hey, can you meet me in Star City? I think one of Batman's problems is extending his reach and I need a second opinion before bothering him. You know how he is." Before Green Arrow had finished hanging up The Flash had already zoomed up. He rapidly said, "Yep, looks like fear toxin, definitely Scarecrow, I'll go round up the rest of the League." Before Green Arrow had a chance to protest, saying that they could handle it by themselves, The Flash had already left. Arrow's next call was to Batman. "Hey," began Green Arrow, "One of your Gotham City freaks has wandered away from home and is trying to pull something in Star City." "I know," came the dark reply over the phone, "I've been tracking him. I'll be there shortly." This time, it wasn't before he hung up, but shortly after that the 2nd superhero to join him that night showed up on the pier. Batman glided in from the shadows and landed next to Green Arrow. "This is what we've found so far" Green Arrow said. Batman picked up one of the vials and looked at it closely. "This isn't Scarecrow's normal toxin," he said. All of a sudden Green Arrow heard a small gasp from Batman and turned to see Scarecrow plunging a syringe needle into Batman's neck. "That's because it's a new recipe" began the Scarecrow, "designed specifically for you Batman. Are you ready to embrace your fears?" "What are you up to this time Scarecrow?" demanded Batman as he staggered away from the crate a little. "Just getting you ready for your new ring" Scarecrow cackled. Green Arrow say a small yellow object fly through the air and attach itself to Batman's hand. Batman changed before his eyes as the yellow ring took hold and Sinestro's power began to take control. The rest of the Justice League was just beginning to arrive. But would they be able to stop a Batman driven by fear and powered with a yellow ring? Green Lantern shouted, "Quick! Scarecrow's toxin has made Batman's fears the driving force in his body. It's attracted one of Sinestro's Corps yellow rings. If we don't hurry, Batman will be a slave to Sinestro!"
  21. It's so bright! My eyes hurt!
