Playful learning in new experience center Future experience centre in Billund, Denmark will give children and parents from across the world a fun and informative insight into LEGO play, values and history. If everything goes according to plan, a new “experience centre” will open in Billund in 3‑5 years – and will be a special thrill for LEGO Group Owner Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen. For many years, he has wanted to create a place where children and their parents could learn more about the company, its history and values and – especially – about LEGO play. “For many years, I have experienced great interest in visiting our LEGO Idea House, which among other things houses the historical exhibition of the company. All its visitors have been very excited about the deep experience of the very essence of our company. Many have asked us to share that experience with more visitors from the general public. But the Idea House is not suited for that. It is meant to cater for employees and business relations. But this huge interest gave rise to the dream of a LEGO experience center,” Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen says about the project. Not necessarily. Hasbro appears to have the license for construction toys based on the movies, which are a property of Paramount/Viacom. On the other hand the TV series rights belong to CBS, therefore in theory LEGO could strike a deal to produce a set based on any of the TV series without infringing on Hasbro's license. This said, I am moving this topic to Community where the non-LEGO brick discussions belong.

Wow, do you guys even breathe between posts? I don't know, it could be useful or it could be misleading. Some are saying that the Admiral kept a similar setup, some think the opposite. Frankly, I think that while some of that simulation information could be very useful, we will know only too late if it can be relied upon. We may base our strategy upon wrong assumptions and regret it. I'd rather start from scratch without any preconceived ideas. And somehow it would make me feel dirty to rely too much on the simulation.
