Silent Wolf...I am desperate to find out if the wolf cub has come back to the den safely?

And to clarify about the exploration builds; this is simply an additional reward for MOCs, they could be Free Builds, MRCA, challenge builds or whatever, and would qualify for the appropriate awards as normal. I will keep an eye out for Corrie builds that I think fit the 'exploration' category and will get in touch with the builder. Builders can also self-nominate, and will only be turned down if really poor or off topic. Only builds uploaded to BoBS after 30th April are eligible for awards.

I hope that makes everything clearer.

Since the discussion has ceased for over 48 hrs, may we agree to proceed with the two names as listed?

Sorry guys, I got distracted by other Lego "responsibilities" and never followed through with this.

It seems Alicentia is our selected name for Island 9. Barring any violent objections I suggest we lock it in. I'm hoping to start MOC'ing a settlement on 9 this month.

Island 4 is less unanimous - is anyone thinking of settling on 4? If so perhaps your suggestion would carry more weight?

Can someone give me a list of Corrington trade companies?

As far as I know, only MAESTRO has officially been recognised.

But I also hear rumours of ETTC, WETEC (Silentwolf), SSC (Brickwolf), CSC (Mike), ...

Me confused... (bis)

I think the issue is that Corrington doesn't have national trade companies that receive bonuses and monopolies etc. Our specialty is the science fraternities. However, there are some smaller trade companies owned by a single individual or partnership. They are more for storyline than for a national entity. Maestro is the only nationally recognized one and it is just getting going.

What is your purpose for snooping around in Corrington internal affairs, Maxim? We organise our investments as we see fit, but see no particular reason for disclosure! :P

Many of us have our own trade companies

Exactly. Our trade companies are mainly for RP flavour, like how I try to build everything under the Emporium umbrella.

Sorry, I forgot in Corrington to state that ships licenced in May or build in May are not yet included :p

Also: Paradise has been destroyed (could not find it in the list, but it is stated in the text).

As Ska said, the Mars should be captured as well.

No I was wrong, the Mars is active, it was just disabled in a fight, and when I looked at the list last week I didn't read carefully.

Maxim is going to have "some work" on the ship index, I managed to acquire 4 more ships for the Junkyard Fleet. Basically, bar one Francesco Clarke wanted to keep for story purposes, I bought out all the for sale ships at his shipbroker (Ska, your money will come from maxim, I transferred the grand total of the purchases and his commission to him, it`s his job as a broker after all to bring the funds to the rightfull owner).

In any case, somewhere in Corrington waters, the self proclaimed Lord of Driftwood now has ownership of 9 private vessels (7 licensed) and 1 on loan from the crown to help protect their excursions, so don`t come bothering me again with investment schemes and the likes this month pirate_laugh_new.gif as I`ve been spending a LOT of cash on licensing.

Which is actually pretty expensive for those little buggers in hindsight lol pirate_oh3.gifpirate_oh.gif

Isn't there supposed to be some extra fees associated with having more ships?

There is. 50 % for vessels 4-6, 100 % for 7-9, and 200 % for 10-12. I am certain Tomsche is paying these, though. pirate_blush.gif

Yups, payed 112.5 db for the galley I received from Celes (being nr 5), 75 for the 1T I bought and already activated from Francesco and 30 DB for the skiff I bought from Ska and set out to sail (as that was my 7th licensed ship).

So yea, the little guys are expensive, as I paid a whopping 218 doubloons to activate 2 class 1s and a class 0, but that is a small effort for giving the little guys a part still in the game

Hold up, that shouldn't be right. That ship is a transfer of licence that has already been paid once, so you should only be topping up the 50% modifier of 37.5 DB.
