  1. MMmmmmm Cookie Jar You lucky sonova ..... I can't see why this beauty wouldn't fit in any kitchen..[please hold]....oh This would NEVER go in any kitchen... or at least I've just been told so by my better half. Perhaps I should get one for my desk
  2. That's one scary MOC. I really has that creepy suspense to it. I keep looking over my shoulder, expecting dirty men with pitchforks and torches yelling "Burn the witch, BUUUUURN HEEEER". A very well designed and beatiful MOC as usual "What do we burn apart from witches?" "Moooooore witches"
  3. I recently had to buy a new camera after dropping my old one. I used a price checker page and entered the amount of money I dared to spend. Then I compared all the cameras within the price range. I checked for: Light sensitivity (allows pictures without using flash) Flash strength (not really useful when doing LEGO pics) Optical zoom (no digidally for me) External flash attachment. And voila I ended up with a good medium priced camera - Nikon Coolpix P5000. I'm sure that it's kinda outdated already.
  4. It works fine for me.
  5. Yeah the set# has got me a little puzzled as well. I'll update the first post to contain this, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see about the set#
  6. Yes it is an awesome set, but I wouldn't go as far as saying that it beats the UCS MF. They're two very different sets - playset versus collectors edition. Personally I prefer the UCS sets over any other set. Their realistic design and size makes them awesome and superior compared to the regular LEGO sets. But that is just my opinion. The DS rocks and I can't wait to get started building it.
  7. Ahhh, yes. I forgot that.
  8. No problemo - that's why I am here
  9. Indexed and poll added. Outstanding IMHO. This Advent Calendar has it all. Great figs and great parts, what more could we possibly want?
  10. This goes in the topic on Star Wars sets availability. I'll move it there.
  11. Weak design, but some pretty useful parts in nice colours. I'll rate this set below average, but getting it for free with a McD meal might equalize that.
  12. I never knew Alpha Team had a female member. Thanks for sharing this set with us. I must admit she's somewhat good-looking, notch notch know what I mean I'll rate this above average because of the great minifig and the equally great pieces.

  21. Thanks. I've added them to the first post. Looks awesome, I might give it a try when I'm done building my yellow castle
  22. Great work. I love the SNOT'ty desert and the transition from desert to road. That thing looks huge.
  23. And she doesn't even need the instructions. All you have to do is hand her the next piece according to the instructions and she figures out where to put it? That's one clever girl, all mine can do is put 2x2's and 2x4's together - both Duplo and System bricks. I guess mine is a little behind yours.
  24. Think 7666 Hoth and then think Endor. That's the answer the way I see it.
  25. Where? We've got them in discount supermarkets, regular toy stores and a lot of smaller shops selling cigarettes and magazines. They're meant as impulsive buys and it sounds strange that they would be exclusives. Then again TLG's way of supplying their shops is strange indeed.
