  1. Yes, it is very deserved! No, but we just don't have any at the moment. For most purposes staff are equal so we tend to just use the "regulator" rank as a sort of trial to ease staff into the job. (Regulators normally can't change ranks or titles.) They're ready now to learn more... and do more work!
  2. ...and after I ordered one from S@H!
  3. This is a surprising MOC from you, but I still like it! The cement mixer drums are a nice touch; I bought an extra one of that set for similar reasons. I must admit, this seems more "classic" than "neo-classic" to me. I love the picture of the "contractors"! Obviously you don't deserve a "Stud Lover" tag.
  4. Yes, my local store has it for around that price.
  5. No. You're overestimating our space on the server. We have enough room for the site, some backups, and not much more. We don't have the room for hosting. I personally own my own site and I use that. If there's no room for a Root Admin let me assure you there's no room for you. Sorry to be rude, but this is just silly. Even if you're using Windows 3.1 you can cut and paste links. What is your computer and OS? No it's not, please use Flickr or similar.
  6. Sorry to say EB doesn't have the space to allow all members to store images here. Thus the attachment space is rather puny. I'll move this to Website and Forums.
  7. Not likely; there's no setting that should affect this. It's more likely a local problem. Is this a personal computer? Can you use another one?
  8. There's a tutorial here. (Yeah, 100k is too small. We just don't have the room on the server to expand this to something more useful for 10,000 members.)
  9. Perhaps, but that's not really the point. The point is that people can go to one topic to see all recent updates within a certain theme. It's the creators job to post here; I've got enough to do already! What I'll (or another staff member) will probably do is use the description to note dominant updates, but all we're trying to do here is please the people who like comics/movies at the same time as not annoy people who don't. It's a jungle out there....
  10. I must confess that I don't like doing this. I've even bought some sets for that purpose but I ended up using the parts instead. But I'm stupid like that. There's nothing wrong with doing this, it's just smart business. Be warned though; you might need to hold onto it for a while to get the best price.
  11. It works for me in Opera.... ...and Internet Explorer 8.0.7600 Windows 7. I'll wait and see what others say.
  12. Doctor Sinister shares with us his new Neo-Classic-Space styled SHIP, ISS Europa. There's a video as well! Find it in the LEGO Sci-Fi forum.
  13. You mean this? Technically no, updates should be moved to the new topic. Personally I don't think it'll make that much difference for you, if anything it might increase traffic.
  14. Ditto. I added the bunny and I got the stickers! (I added Home One later though.) I'm getting the new Space Police sets at last!
  15. We need to wait until "Monday". As Bonaparte said we've told our host and that's all we can do for the moment. But yeah, it's bad.
  16. Yes. Anything that wasn't moved there when the Brick Flicks and Comics forum was created was an omission and will be moved when noticed.
  17. Maybe it is valid; I just tested it with a fake order of Home One to Australia;
  18. There's a lot of great work here, but not all members browse this forum. Thus as a compromise we're trialling a single topic update/discussion topic. If you've finished a new comic/movie and wish to post updates you can now also post in a special theme topic. 1. Please continue to post all movies/comics in this forum. 2. Post links to your comic/movie topic then the theme topic. 3. Only post to one of these theme topics; if a comic is cross-theme pick the best fit. 4. Don't just post links to off-site updates in the theme topic without a topic here. 6. Don't just post new comics in the theme topic without a topic here. 7. For the first few months feel free to post past comics/movies in the theme topics. These rules might be changed/expanded depending on how the trial goes. Just remember that the Brick Flicks & Comics forum is still the home to all LEGO movies/comics. If you have any questions please ask them here. Here are links to the new Themed LEGO Comic and Movies topics. LEGO Sci-Fi LEGO Star Wars LEGO Licensed LEGO Historic Themes LEGO Action Themes LEGO Pirates LEGO Town LEGO Bionicle Other LEGO Themes
