  1. I'll update the first post some time tonight
  2. Wow, it is indeed all white! Nice 50's American feel to it (though I guess it's not going to be used for the dirty jobs )
  3. Thanks! Not in the UK yet it seems. Still, these are the first official pics I've seen of 7347:
  4. Just too good to resist CMF Live Saviour [From Fangy, for counting the votes in the CMF Series 6 Contest. ]
  5. Yeah, a lot more! But I figured from the picture that it was printed on a slope, and then it was just a matter of going through 13 pages of parts on Bricklink (twice )
  6. The '5' is this piece from 7592 Construct-a-Buzz:
  7. D'oh! It's 8200 Lightning McQueen. But the '6' is '9' inverted which threw me.
  8. In terms of LEGO sets, the CREATOR range often produces vehicles in various scales. But these aren't necessarily designed for accuracy. If you're looking for MOCs, larger scaled vehicles can be found in Special Themes and sometimes in Town (though these are usually minifig-scaled). You could also check out the Model Team MOC index in the Technic Forum. Hope that helps!
  9. My best guess - it's from 8071, the Technic Bucket Truck (the V6 decal from the front). Possibly??? Link is to a picture from efferman's review.
  10. Who says they won't? Currently the Pirates of the Caribbean licensed range has replaced Pirates, but it's an evergreen line, so I think there's every chance Pirates will return when the licence ends.
  11. Country flags are awarded to Fellows and Staff. To be fair, the Ranks pinned topic doesn't state this. I'll move this to Website & Forums.
  12. I think he's asking about the non-solid ones, which are a completely different kettle of fish. For the regular ones you need these.
  13. You had a lot of similar sets to me If you find the time, perhaps you might review some of these old sets? However, this isn't really Special Themes.... It's mainly Town, so I'm tempted to move this over there, or perhaps General. I'll take advice... Looking again, it isn't one theme in particular. I'm moving to General. You might consider splitting it and posting the separate themes in the relevant forums.
  14. Access granted: Welcome to the Academy!
  15. Congratulations to the deserving winners, and thank you to everyone who entered for making this another extremely high-quality contest! I just counted the votes. It's Fangy who deserves the thanks for organising and presenting another awesome CMF contest!
  16. About six months ago I spent an extortionate amount on laptops via Bricklink. Last week they had them at the BaM station in the LEGO store. They also had trans-pink mugs and trans-neon green wands (the ones with stars). We were more disappointed at the lack of variety in the heads - they had some lovely piratey and castley torsos, but the only available heads had spectacles
  17. Balls. Beaten to it.
  18. Ah! It's the MMV! 10193...
  19. Spot on! Seeing the Seaside House in detail will I suspect put a lot of people's fears to rest on the colour scheme - I think the medium blue looks great. This looks to be a great source of med. blue parts: there are Persian arches, 1x4 tiles, and lots of 1x1 bricks. I even like the brick-built palm tree!
  20. Welcome to Eurobricks, GLVBrick! Nice introduction; might I suggest you copy your first paragraph, and post it again in 'Hello, My Name Is....' Have fun!
  21. It's gone decidedly off-topic. The Chinese-part quality argument has been done to death. No more talk of this, please!
  22. Buyer beware. Until we see official confirmation of these figures, I'd advise everyone to steer clear of this
  23. Sorry, Sokratesz, but your pictures are way too large. Please resize them to a maximum of 800x600 px. In the meantime, I've converted the images to links, so people can still view them if they want too. Thanks!
