That would be an expensive first date... Maybe they should just go to the movies instead.

TRAIN TECH Help, General Questions & Talk to the Staff
Fugazi replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Welcome to Eurobricks, Joonas08Joonas. Feel free to introduce yourself either in the general introductions forum or in the Train forum introduction thread. Eurobricks is more of a community than simply a place to find LEGO deals. That's one reason why members can't open topics in the Buy/Sales/Trades/Finds forum until they reach 100 posts, and why we don't encourage people to sign up only to ask about deals. Anyway, do stick around and join in the conversations, but I will move your request to a general question thread.- 563 replies

Well it's transparent, so I will change the title for you. This is interesting, as it opens up some new possibilities. I do wonder if the transparent arm is polycarbonate like most transparent LEGO parts, or some other plastic formulation. I believe that polycarbonate-polycarbonate joints would be too stiff for proper operation, but it's possible that polycarbonate-ABS as in the minifig above would cut it. So unless LEGO has come up with a new plastic mix, the likelihood of a fully transparent minifig in the near future is still slim.

Heroica RPG - Quest #48: Death's Homecoming

OoC: Well there's that dinner with Beatrice too. I'm willing to bet that she eats like a horse! "Hmph, that's quite a setback, those mages are pretty good at what they're doing. At least we achieved destruction of one Gauntlet before it could be healed." -

Galen pauses to breathe after dealing more crippling hits to Eidolon's limbs. The Emperor launches in a new mocking tirade, unfazed by the damage he was taking. But Galen "Helpless? Were I alone facing you, I would probably feel helpless. But as it is, there's always someone to heal, remedy or revive me. I'm not alone, and while one of us is alive there's always hope. Heroica knows what they're doing, sending groups instead of solitary heroes. Yes I'm afraid, but I'm not panicking. There's a huge difference. Fear is also a great stimulant. What about you Eidolon, do you know fear?" "Right, let's take this Gauntlet down before the mages have a chance to heal it. OoC: Looks like you forgot about my hard-earned gold, Endgame! -

Galen felt an insurmountable force take hold of his body, and a dense fog setting down over his mind. "I seek to serve, my Emperor." -
Endgame, I quite like your Crumbling Venom and I'm weighing the cost vs usefulness of imbuing a weapon with it, but would you consider nerfing it a bit? I'm thinking that making the venom slightly cheaper but removing the -3 HP/round would be beneficial for players and QMs alike. Losing 3 HP per round doesn't make much of a difference on most enemies even in the long run, but it does make QM's job a bit more annoying more difficult as they have to keep track of both declining SP and HP, likely on multiple enemies. Does this make any sense, or am I just trying to drive down the price of imbuing a weapon?

"We're making good progress here. Another few good hits and Eidolon will start losing limbs. We'll see if he's as arrogant then." -
Well it doesn't look like we will have any consumables left at the end of the battle, at this rate!
-
Well, there have been two KOs already. And it looks like Eidolon has a trump card too!

"Romulus, hang in there, we will revive you. Somehow. And now would be a good time to put a little crumbling venom in Eidolon's veins, if he has any. Guardian Angel with us, everyone in the front row!" OoC: So will the Guardian Angel also protect us from the bombs? -

Galen knew that he had to keep fighting, but the air crackling with electricity told him that Eidolon was about to unleash powers yet untapped on the heroes. More apprehensive than ever, he prepared to throw his wrench once again. -

"Well done, the Roots of Life really put us back on track. It's a shame that Alexandre has fallen though, but I'm on it. A little essence and he will be as good as new. And I have the feeling that Eidolon will pay dearly for this." -

"Roots of Life would be good right now. Or Guardian Angel. We haven't seen either in a while. But at least we won't have to worry about extra damage from below next round." OoC: Shouldn't Eidolon have lost some more ether? -

Galen was impressed. "Hmpf. That's a lot of Progg to take in. I don't think we can win this, but we do have smoke bombs. My only worry is there's nowhere to escape to from this tower." Nevertheless, the rogue raised his wrench and faced the enemy. "Now Eidolon, where shall we start?" -
It's all right. It wasn't clear though which of these sources of information you were directing him/us to, and lmgtfy.com has a 'you should have googled it yourself instead of asking' underpinning.
