Nom Carver Posted April 2, 2014 Posted April 2, 2014 Thanks for the reply! So for this build, can I chose any of the sectors I want to build on? Such as communications area? Feel free to build in any sector you want, the organization has mostly strategic purposes, but there is also the risk of not being added to the conversation in time. Quote
Lord Tyrus Posted April 3, 2014 Posted April 3, 2014 (edited) Do we want to spread out the builds across the sectors or do we want to concentrate on one or two? I think I will do the main command post / weapons storage or the detention block. Wouldn't it be good if we could have a list of who is doing what? Edited April 3, 2014 by Lord Tyrus Quote
Steel Tiger Posted April 3, 2014 Posted April 3, 2014 (edited) Do we want to spread out the builds across the sectors or do we want to concentrate on one or two? I think I will do the main command post / weapons storage or the detention block. Wouldn't it be good if we could have a list of who is doing what? Just requested joining in on the intro page. I'd like to take part in this and have a few ideas for different sectors, but, if anyone wants to PM me and request a specific zone I'll be happy to get in on that. :) Thanks for the reply! So for this build, can I chose any of the sectors I want to build on? Such as communications area? I have requested (in the PM) that you be added to the PM, since I saw no reason not to. Hopefully, you will be added soon, but if you aren't, go ahead and post your build from the sector you were planning on. Just try to avoid discussing the sector of your build publicly. The rebels may be watching... Edited April 3, 2014 by Steel Tiger Quote
Nom Carver Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 There is some strategic organization, however it may take a while before you are added to it, but you could work freely on your designs while you get added to the PM, you can also keep some elements handy so you can modify your creation in time acording to the strategy. Lego Spy Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Wait! Remove the location name! You never know if the Rebels are watching. As for time, I'd say wait until the last few days. You can always type it up beforehand and then copy, paste, and post! Quote

Lord Tyrus Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Hang on, can't we just play their game and listen in to their comm? I spy a Eurobricks design flaw: no password protected forums! I might just have a little listen in on their comm... Quote
Lord Tyrus Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 (edited) Okeydokey, my squad have just faced a wave of Rebels entering the base. We defeated them easily. Edited April 12, 2014 by Lord Tyrus Quote

VK-318 Posted April 17, 2014 Posted April 17, 2014 Operation NOSECONE is a complete success. For the Empire! http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=94617 Quote
VK-318 Posted April 19, 2014 Posted April 19, 2014 I've taken a count of the sector builds. Builds are so close in sectors A, B, and D that the win in each of these will depend on which side gets the best-in-sector bonus. C is 2 E - 5 R and E is 5 E - 2 R, so winning them will depend on the best-in-sector bonus and/or the judges decision on which side gets the win in case of a tie. This gives us a 50% chance of a win, depending for the most part on where the best-in-sector points go. I don't know which side will get the bonus for Sector A, but I looking at the builds I suspect MstrOfPppts wins Sector B, LegoFjotten wins Sector C, Bob de Quatre wins Sector D (if he's eligible? If not, I have no idea who wins), and rogeang wins Sector E. This doesn't look good, folks ... Quote
Lobot Posted April 19, 2014 Posted April 19, 2014 Don't worry, there's always Episode V (and remember how well that turned out for the Rebels!)..... I have a feeling that we'll do far better next time Quote
BEAVeR Posted April 19, 2014 Posted April 19, 2014 Don't worry, there's always Episode V (and remember how well that turned out for the Rebels!)..... I have a feeling that we'll do far better next time Yes, we know, the Empire WILL strike back! But despite all those little hints you've given, I still have no clue what it will be about... Because teasing leads to guessing. Guessing leads to suspense. Suspense... leads to excitement! The ways of the Force... of the organizers. Quote
MstrOfPppts Posted April 19, 2014 Posted April 19, 2014 It's OK, since too much excitment leads to sufferinfg. Suffering leads to anger. And anger leads to the Dark side! Quote
Nom Carver Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 Now, the outcome of the battle goes as follows: At the gates, TWP led a diversionary attack over the east wing entrance calling upon BEAVeRs TIE squadron attention who proceded to deliver a deadly payload upon the enemies terminating multiple targets at once, however, this allowed many other troops to infiltrate the base through alternate entrances since most of the imperial troops headed towards the gate due to the diversion generated giving the alliance victory over sector A. Later, LegoFjotten escorted by Wedge09, Fleet, MKjoshA, faced a lot of enemy resistance but managed to reach the communications station while Lobot, VK-318 and TaseTJ fought them back and retrieved the comms room but they where unable to avoid the sabotage of all devices granting victory to the alliance in sector C. Meanwhile, Rook, Dapper, philbrick, Donnie Bricko and Kaitan, infiltrated as deep as the detention blocks and released most of the prisoners, however, MstrOfPppts and Mr Man stood by their own against the tides of enemies and managed to terminate most of the present intruders turning the situation in favor of the empire and granting victory to them in sector B. Taking advantage of the confusion among the imperial ranks and against all odds, with no other purpose than dealing a deadly blow against his enemies, Ninja Nin and rogueang faced by them selves against Dragonfire, Lord Tyrus, Lucas Laughing, Lego Spy and Nom Carver, all of them were nearly killed by a sudden explosion caused by a lava leak into the weapons storage that forced the rebels to withdraw the location leaving the heavily deteriorated room in their hands, scoring a victory for the empire at sector E. Finally, at the landing platform, narbilu, Manx, and Bkrosell rallied the surviving prisoners to a nerby vehicle, but Artizan,goatman461, Legofin and Masked builder, however, intercepted the fleeing rebels in time, untill Bob De Quatre arrived providing aerial support and suppresive fire to clear the LZ from the enemies while deploying fresh troops into the battlefield and retrieving the rest of the rebel taskforce and prisoners barely completing their mission and there for claiming victory on sector D for the alliance. Due to the effective evacuation of enough prisoners and troops (victory on 3 of 5 sectors) the rebelion has won this episode, who knows what secrets will those prisoners reveal, secrets that will certainly turn the tide of the war in favour of the rebelion (which hasnt been so bad after all) Congratulations to you all, specially to the rebels, I will try to get your XP awarded in time, and thanx for playing, I hope you enjoied this game as much as I did, special thanks to Brickdoctor, Masked builder, Bob De Quatre and Lobot for their help on the development of this challenge. Dragonfire Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 Congrats to the Rebel scum once again. It's pretty hard on us Imps, losing all four episodes so far- it's getting rather unfair. Quote
