Well the idea was to recruit a Nocturnus tribe- maybe they are originally from Mitgardia, but now reside in Nocturnus for some reason?
-
We have a new Cara, her name is Emma.

Honestly, I don't want months of hard work to go down the drain cause you can't read- but I also don't want to hold the competition open for days when we had a time limit. I will be somewhat flexible on this. If it is two hours after the deadline or ever 5 hours after the deadline, I'll still let them in, but a whole day late and you're out of luck!
-
You guys need to learn how to read! Has to be submitted BEFORE January 16th anywhere in the world!
-
Some great entries popping up. Remember, today is the last day to have your entry submitted! I am really impressed with many of the works. You guys really are the pride of History. Keep up the great work!

Book II: Challenge 1: Category B: The Ancient Toll Towers
ZCerberus replied to Lord Vladivus's topic in Guilds of Historica
The irregular base and your bases in general are quite excellent. What this tower really needs is some height, but for a small tower, it is excellent! -

I love the Orc figures the most here, they look just like I imagine a rag tag bunch of dumb Orcs to look!
-
This is excellent. I love the colors and the photography is perhaps your best yet. Great border, figures, color pops- just awesome overall!

Challenge I (Category B) The tower at Blood Lake
ZCerberus replied to de Gothia's topic in Guilds of Historica
Excellent work dG. Another feather for the Spire's cap. I love the dark red, it is quickly becoming a favorite color of mine! -
So many of you came close in both categories, it was a struggle, but I had to go with what was the most memorable for me. Some really cool tribes though, and I hope we seem them popping up in Historica more!

Okay, let's get the winners squared away on this. First, some super great entries everyone! I do have your prizes ready to go! The first round featured some stellar figures, stories, builds and lighting, but the one I felt combined all those things the best was the The Drakarkan Round One winner: Emma! I struggled to pick a round two winner because I felt the best entry was from the same person who won the first round. But I specifically said the round one winner could win again. Therefore the round 2 winner is: Swamp Faeries Round Two winner: Emma! congrats!

Book 2 Challenge 1: Rakath Watchtower
ZCerberus replied to Hyler Talliwell's topic in Guilds of Historica
Good job Tyler... err... Hyler. The non symmetry is excellent. Good photography skills too. Go Spire! -
Nice texture and I think the ground works well. The one thing that you need to work on is the photography I think, but you are on your way!

Hey guys, I had to snip the photos from that site out. Our policy is to never post pictures that are marked confidential, we can only provide links. Furthermore, we will remove the links if asked to do so by LEGO. While some of those images don't say confidential, it is only because they have been cropped so you can't see the words. On some of the other images, it is obvious they ARE marked confidential. Thank you.

There is no 2014 set thread because we have seen the 2014 boxes in one photo and listed on one site, but we don't know much beyond that. I think we should stick this discussion in the FUTURE HOBBIT SET thread for now. When we have something more substantial like set names or the like, then we can make a 2014 set thread.

You may NEVER, EVER, EVER reply to a topic and type "bump". You may rarely revive an old topic unless it is a substantial contribution. Is what you said a substantial contribution? Probably not, but it was not worthless nonsense either, which is why this was a very friendly reminder. Thank you!
-
This is a friendly warning- do not bump topics this old or you will draw the wraith of the Moderators.
-
Guess what I am about to say? ** This all FUTURE set discussion which belongs in the future LotR and future Hobbit threads.

Fun. Thank you for sharing.

Why are you quoting the main picture of this thread? As for the model, it is very cute. Bravo.

Toothless from "How to Train Your Dragon"
ZCerberus replied to Inconspicuous's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
He might be a touch too small, to my unresearched eye, but overall that is really sweet!
