  1. Could be an artistic plastic surgeon. But why would this source be right and K-D wrong? Although I do wonder what kind of artist and what accessories will be included.
  2. This is brilliant. The lighting is what really does the trick though. I still hope that the collectible minifig series will bring us an official guitar mold from TLG.
  3. You could also use it as road-side parking for vehicles, provided that there is some pavement - from the modular buildings for example - already next to it.
  4. Welkom / Welcome to Eurobricks Ruben. I have of course already admired most of your work on LowLUG.
  5. That's slopes madness. Excellent work Pallaeon.
  6. Same here. I really like the looks of the rally car. Too bad it doesn't seat a minifig. Oh, and you're right about the spare tire holder.

    MOC: Tan SUV

Yeah, I really wish TLG would use some of the more 'realistic' colors in their City line. But that's not likely going to happen any time soon.
  8. Yeah, it appears to be the jester's face.
  9. They even seem to use the 1 x 2 x 6 arches on the sides of the building. I think the grey around the door breaks up the 'nougat' nicely. From the low-res pics I was a little skeptical too, but when you view grogall's high-res pictures, it actually looks pretty good.
  10. Welkom / Welcome to Eurobricks.
  11. 1 point - SolidBrick: Farm House 1 point - Carbohydrates: Wild West doctor's office 1 point - Klaus-Dieter: Paradisa Hotel
  12. 3 points - Lgorlando: Anastasia Astoria International Hotel
  13. The white and dark-red look great together if you ask me, however, on second thought it may be a bit too much dark red for the surface you have. And I would definitely stick to tiles only.
  14. Great way to use those PoP arches. Whereas the mix of tiles and studs works well on the ground floor with the dark-tan, to be honest I don't really like the look on the second floor. But other than that: nice little restaurant.
  15. I'm learning master Yoda. I like that the 'Advanced' button is so much more reachable on the new board.

    No moderator day.

What? Sending the moderators free stuff? I agree. Besides, Shadows is an (G)Admin now. But Moderator Appreciation Day sounds fine. Any idea for a date?
  17. Searching often doesn't give you the intended/wanted results, so in that case, yeah. *mumbles something about being glad the timeout is lower for fellows*
  18. Excellent use of the series 2 skier parts.
  19. Happy Birthday Ricey and Jordan.
  20. Welcome back to Eurobricks Brick Miner. I remember admiring your Western MOCs when I was still lurking at EB. To me, those are easily the best Western MOCs, because of their set-like qualities. I hope this introduction also means we'll see you making more posts to EB as of now.
  21. On the one hand, from TLG's perspective, a 'hype' like this is not going to last forever, so it may be best for them to cash in while they can. On the other hand, this may very well be a much more constant factor in TLG's product assortment if they would limit it to one series per year. At this pace, I don't expect there will be a series 5.
  22. Welkom / Welcome to Eurobricks. Good to see another Town fan join.

    WIP: Alex54's

That looks great in all-black. Nice idea.
  24. Great 'modularization' of the Town Plan cinema. I do agree with Captain Green Hair that the original tan looks better than yellow. But, the longer I look at it, the better it looks and - as you also say - using basic colors brightens up your city streets. I like the use of the Adventurers' monster in the second floor hallway, nice detail.
