  1. Well, perhaps Mr or Mrs Jefferson could simply tell us what they've been burning in their fireplace recently, surely they must remember a note they threw in the fire not that long ago? In the mean time, I would like to look around for paper pads, notebooks or loose sheets that could be used to scribble down notes. If I find any, I would like to compare the shape and type of paper to the notes that we have gathered so far in an attempt to determine if any of those notes were written in this house.
  2. This is all terribly strange. The bloodied rope on the roof and the height of the parapet just proves that this couldn't have been a mere accident. I think that the poor woman was already dead by the time she was pushed off the roof, and the body disappeared because someone didn't want an autopsy to be performed and a bullet hole to be discovered! Remember the soviet gun we found hidden on the third floor of the department store? I bet that was how she was killed. The rope was then possibly used to haul her up to the roof. But why would anyone, even a commie, want to kill her? Is there something in her past that we should be aware of?
  3. Paranoid gun owner? What a game! First of all, I have to tell my ex-fellow Noodles that I'm terribly sorry for betraying all of you, it was the most difficult thing to do and I was about this far from abandoning every hope when I became insane, just call it a day and help the Noodles win without me being able to reap the rewards. But I saw a slim chance to pull it off so decided to play the game and I tried desperately to make it work. The Noodles deserved to win the game as a full team, they worked so hard day after day to chip away at the overwhelming townie numbers, and they did such a great job of making themselves bullet proof. Sorry again, Arjay, Walter, and Roncanator, without me you would have made it to the end. All in all, it was a terrific game but a very frustrating experience to be denied victory twice when I was so close. First as a Noodle just a day before we would have won without any doubt. Then as an insane serial killer after working so hard to pit everyone against each other so that no one would survive in the end. But it was a great learning experience as my first official mafia game. I'm looking forward to more! Zepher, I do have a question. Did I really become insane because I killed my own daughter, or rather because I reached a predetermined number of night kills? Just curious!
  4. Peppermint, perhaps this should be merged with the existing thread -- which should probably be renamed, though.
  5. Wow, I can't believe this much money would be hidded up here without anyone knowing! Mayor, do you know anything about this? Is it worth counting the bills to have an idea of what we are looking at here? Besides, there may be something else hidden beneath. I would like to check the bills to make sure they are not fake.
  6. You were a worthy opponent, and managed to delay your fall long enough. But in the end I don't believe there is anything to stop the grand Noodle scheme. And indeed, the reports of my neutrality are greatly exaggerated.
  7. I guess that the last word will be mine today. Vote: Ron Adie / Admiral Ron The Noodles shall prevail.
  8. Thanks for letting us know, and have a safe trip. I am flying home today, so I will not be able to post until Thursday.
  9. I have added the new pics to the first post.
  10. No, nothing at all. Though if anything happened at the abandoned store, being quite a distance from the house I may have missed it. We still need to explore the third and fourth floors of the Town Hall, but I think a few people here wanted to have another look at the records?
  11. Ralph, my god, I'm sorry for your loss. We've known each other for so long, and Valerie was almost like a sister to me. I'll do whatever I can to help you through these hard times. We need to step up our investigation, we're losing time and we're losing ground. I'm really sorry, I don't remember being asked. Do you mean any strange noises on the farm?
  12. Unvote: Janice Boy / Capt.JohnPaul Vote: Thomas Bricks / Minxter
  13. Is that so? Vote: Janice Boy / Capt.JohnPaul
  14. Oh, I thought you were gone... Unvote Thomas Bricks/Minxter I need to think this over some more.
  15. Seeing that he won't help us much from now on... Vote Thomas Bricks/Minxter
  16. I don't know about on-board catalogues, but I've occasionally seen the airline promotionals for sale in airport shops. Can't remember where exactly though.
  17. Very enjoyable comic Dan the Brickman, you're quite ready for the next Tournament! I love my new dress, very stylish! Thank you for the laughs, and Happy Holidays to you!
  18. Nice classic look! Reminds me of this, only slightly smaller:
  19. As long as they're not scaring my pigs... Yes, let's see what this explosion was all about, then we can think about where to go next.
  20. Hmm yes obviously I was very wrong about Mr Gershwin, and I am sorry if my accusations have precipitated his death. I would like to be able to explain what happened, but I'm at a loss. Of course I had information provided to me by the voice from above, and the information was wrong. Is it possible that I am some sort of paranoid Night Watcher, and that when someone targets me with a benign action (perhaps Mr Gershwin was trying to investigate me, or even protect me?) I am being told that he's trying to convert me? I certainly won't trust my Night Watch ability any more, as it will only get me into trouble. If Mr Gershwin were still alive, he could tell what was trying to do to me the night before last.
  21. If there are no other volunteers I will climb up the ladder, trying to make as little noise as I can, and find out what's blocking the way up there.
  22. All right, let's move on then, perhaps we will think of a way to open this rock wall down the way. Somehow I have the feeling that this tunnel may lead us to the Town Hall armoury, and I'm eager to find out for myself.
  23. It is, only the stickers appear to be different.
  24. Hmm... this rock wall must be hiding something. Let's see if there is a way to move it. Can someone throw some light over here? I would like to tap on the different metal pieces, looking for one that would move in any way. If that fails, I would like to tap on the rocks forming the wall, looking for an opening mechanism.
  25. Don't forget Superkalle! Congratulations all, I feel much more moderated already!
