  1. Heh who knows, perhaps you may still get your wish of working on a Paradisa remake, as rumours have it that one is in the works... But these are only rumours of course! Good luck, and thanks for the updates!
  2. Nicely done, even though perhaps a bit fragile! The plane props are creatively built too, considering the available parts at the time!
  3. Be strong Percy, I'm sure Alice is just bluffing!
  4. No, not that I can see.
  5. Or unless he just wants to split the vote in order to save Shaun.
  6. Well it doesn't feel that way, the game is moving along well and every day is puzzling and entertaining, I can't ask for more!
  7. He's right here
  8. Both Janice Boy and Sean the bum have already voted...
  9. I think it's just the result of some bad photoshop, it looks like a part of the hula girl skirt.
  10. Vote: Shaun Dows/Shadows I have made up my mind. I'm sorry Shaun, I don't believe you are scum, but neither are you really willing to help the townies. Yes, you did unmask Carrie, but you couldn't really help it anyway, she played into your hands. I'm afraid that until the end of the road you will keep playing townies against scum until your plan comes to fruition. It's probably true of all neutrals, but none have made it as obvious as you did. Investigating you won't be of any use, and I must admit that I am afraid of an invincible neutral in this town. As for Stash, your offer is brave and tempting, but I believe that for now there are other avenues to explore besides voting you off. Those who can tonight should investigate your leads so that tomorrow we are in a better position to deal with the theories you have shared today.
  11. Woah... this is so confusing! So was Jim Butcher the axe killer all along, or did he take someone else's place to fight the sword killer? And was Brian Quest killed by his wife Sandy, or by another member of her family? Despite the overall positive results of the night, I mourn the loss of Brian, he was a valued townie. Anyway, what will it be today? Any more revelations on the menu? Has the night brought new clues to any of you?
  12. After comparing the preliminary and now the final images of the Series 3 minifigs, I still can't tell for sure if the Elf pointed ears are part of the head mold or painted on the hair mold. The first option would give more flexibility in building elves with different hair cuts (although not all hair pieces would fit over the ears), while the second option would allow different facial prints (but all with the same hair style). Either way, there's no case for buying hundreds of them to build an elven clone army! And, is that fish really molded in sand green? It doesn't look like grey to me.
  13. Here's hoping to see more Trek-related MOCs in the Sci-Fi forum in the future, especially vignettes and dioramas! As for my choices: Favorite series- TOS, DS9 Favorite film- ST VI, ST First Contact Favorite characters- The original cast, Benjamin Sisko Episodes- Too many, but off the top of my head: TOS The City on the Edge of Forever, TNG Yesterday's Enterprise, TNG Best Of Both Worlds, DS9 Trials and Tribble-ations, DS9 The Way of the Warrior...
  14. Beautiful recreation of a less known but nevertheless groundbreaking demo locomotive! I like that you chose a brick-built pilot instead of the European-looking buffer beam, much more appropriate for the locomotive. Great work again!
  15. There goes the idea that trans-smoke wouldn't be part of the 2011 colour palette. Perhaps its demise has been postponed?
  16. Excellent work obey, the shapes of the U23B are difficult to reproduce in 6-wide and you have done a great job! I really like the way you have modeled the loco steps, and the battery boxes using black letter prints. Too bad those couldn't be used in real life! The Norfolk Southern style paint job is also nicely translated to bricks.
  17. Very interesting contribution, 62Bricks. According to Peeron, this part was introduced as early as 1957, but I can't seem to find it being used for SNOT. I remember the front opening (window) wasn't compatible with a stud, but what about the back? Was it open and stud-compatible like the later headlight brick? Of course the plate-wedge isn't a reccomended SNOT technique nowadays, but it was used in official sets indeed for a period.
  18. About time that Denmark got a real Lego Store if you ask me!
  19. Indeed, as a novice player I am curious as to what the rules about quoting private conversations are. I know that Zepher's PMs are not to be quoted, but what about other players?
  20. These revelations are very unsettling. It would seem that Mrs Quest was far more active behind the scenes than we would have thought. I can't believe that Stash would go as far as falsifying evidence in order to get to her, especially considering the unavoidable personal consequences of trying to mislead the town. As things stand now, I am going with the most compelling theory. Vote: Sandy Quest/Sandy
  21. You're absolutely right, what I meant was 10 January!
  22. Indeed, if it's a UK magazine the date is 11 January. Maybe legoSS could shed some light on whether he is in the US or the UK?
  23. Great find Aanchir! What strikes me is that these new pictures are in all points identical to the so-called preliminary images. I can see no change having been made to any of the minifigs. Not that I'm complaining, I'm quite happy with what's on offer. But it's just a reminder that sometimes preliminary just means "too early to release". What's that about a SIDE-A and SIDE-B though?
  24. My vote: Archer! May you die an honorable death!
  25. That's not fair to have us vote, it's so much work! My favourite: 1-Bricknave 2-Sandy 3-Cutlass Iz
