    MOC Euromap

Excellent work. Very creative idea and brilliantly executed on such a big scale.
  2. Happy Birthday (Pr)Etzelman.
  3. A Spartan invaded my mailbox yesterday... Thanks Fangy and the rest of the staff!
  4. I'm sure lots of deaths will calm down the day threads...
  5. Those people in the picture are the town's well-off, based on their occupations (Mr. White has a reputation of paying his employees really well ). Well, looks like the end of the working day is drawing near and we're not going to take any stand today. I better close up shop for the day. I sure hope I can enjoy a good meal and a quiet evening and night. Stay safe everyone.
  6. Check this. I like the color scheme. Are those cloth sails? They look very nice.
  7. At this stage I can't imagine the scum having any incentive whatsoever to attract attention to themselves by speaking up and voicing suspicions. So now they are probably laughing their megablocks off because of all the accusations flying back and forth.
  8. I guess the bases also work well as lids for the 3 x 4 crates.
  9. Don't forget the printing. Some printing and molding of dual-colored elements is probably also pretty expensive. I'm not a marketing expert, but I have a hunch what one would say about this idea...
  10. Happy Birthday Stash!
  11. They could also accept smaller margins on the collectible minifigures and compensate it with big production and sales volumes. I don't know how a new mold in this series compares to a new mold for, say, Prince of Persia in terms of total production numbers. And they are even reusing some molds introduced in the earlier series, thus increasing the sales volume.
  12. Well to quote your chief: But as I said before, we're all equally likely to be (or become) scum. We should not be assuming things - good or bad - about people because of the position they take in the town.
  13. Oh my, is university pay so bad these days? But thanks for the offer, you can expect me for dinner tonight.
  14. What strikes me most is that the cops aren't even willing to vouch for their colleagues. But I guess they're right, and realistic, we just can't rule out any possibilities at this stage.
  15. Is Professor Shaun Dows a good hobby cook?
  16. Oh no, as in Imperial Soldiers' Mafia, I have a 'happy' mustache again...
  17. That is bad news indeed. I wonder whether the two godfathers are really on their own right now and are going to start recruiting actively among the town people as of now or have done so already and we are already facing two mafia groups at this point. I don't suppose anyone has any kind of lead at this stage?
  18. Guess that's what happens with 42 people mafia games, you read over some posts...
  19. What he said
  20. I agree, I also doubt it will return, but it would be an exception to the last few years where most (if not all) action themes have seen at least two waves (although the second wave usually only consisted of a few sets only).
  21. It would be an exception to the typical action theme to see World Racers disappear after one wave. I agree on Space Police, Power Miners, and Toy Story most likely being gone. Racers 'always' continues right? And I certainly expect another wave of Kingdoms sets.
  22. Really amazing that you managed this level of detail in 4-wide. Must have been a real puzzle.
  23. TLG has been clever enough to include these 'army builders' in recent themes: Cannon Battle in Pirates, Cross Bow attack in (Fantasy) Castle, and the PoP Hassassin set to name a few.
  24. There is going to be a more angled windscreen in next year's City sets, but that will probably interfere with the doors.
